Address is in the Medellin List very close to Luna Lunera, I'm not real good with numbers as you can see, If you love silicons and black / dark girls this is your place. They have some real cute costeņas (dark girls from the cost) and Caleņas (dark curvy girls from Cali) which MAybe, have no silicons, but ALL the paisas there have fake parts, especially butts, and fake butts are a real turn off for me. So I left but this could be useful for many guys with different taste.
Bro, are you talking about Abydos?

I'll be staying at the Mansion for a couple days and then switch to apartments to check out this non-pro girl (25 years, just finished university, lives w / family) that I've been talking on whatspp for the past couple of months. We have never met. I'm sure you'll ask how I know if she's really a non-pro, well. I'm 99. 9% sure, so let's assume she is. Obviously, I don't know if this will work out or not, but I have really good feelings about it.

The only thing is that I enjoy staying at the Mansion and I am going to finish my trip at Plaza 2 after doing the apt scene. So if things do end up going well, and I want to invite the chica to Plaza 2 (the quieter, chill spot) , would that ring lots of bells in her head? Do non-pros know about the Mansion? Should I even risk it? I know taking her to the main house (plaza 1) is out of the question with all the paisas running around. Well, any advice would help! Thanks.
Maybe not not ALL people in Medellin knows about the Mansion and El Castillo, but I wouldn't bring a potential or real GF to those places, is almost obvious the risk involved to be discovered about your side activities.

You can play ignorance telling that you didn't know what kind of "hotel" this one is, but I don't think girls are that naive anymore, just my opinion. Good luck on that dilemma.

Fase dos is a recommended establishment so I doubt there will be any problems. But like all stores even in the USA it depends on the individual doing transactions not the business. He might have a card reader and be able to do something with that info later but I highly doubt it. Worst case scenario they do use your credit ccard all you have to do is call your cc company and tell them that is not a valid charge and they will takr it off for you (0 liability). The only issue I havr with using a cc there at that place is they do charge you a 20% surcharge for credit card usage which to me is bullshit and a scheme to take more money from you. One reason why I never went back. To expensive and they scheme on you.

So far so good, no unknown pending charges, but should I perhaps change my Credit Card? I mean I am pretty sure plenty of you have used over there specifically in fase 2 and no problems correct? They have reputation.

I can only imagine the sausage fest that ensues from that, LOL. Let's let LL work on getting the chicas there in numbers first before we start taking about cabbie kickbacks.

I remembered it was in Barrio Colombia. So I said to the taxi driver,"liquid lounge in Barrio Colombia". He takes me to the barrio and he says he does not know where LL is! Ok, I ask at least 6 taxis, and I even made him call central dispatch. No one could tell him where it is. It was very frustrating. We ended up going to Fase II.

My suggestion is to make it popular with taxi drivers. There are several ways of doing it and I do not want to preach. Sincere good wishes to you and I hope to go back there soon.

    P. S. I did go back on Tuesday night with a chica who I had dinner with, who knew where it is and it was closed. Monday was a public holiday but I was not expecting it to be closed at 10 PM on Tuesday. We went to La Isla.

I apologize for the long rant. I've been to a two casas, New Life, and Dulce and in one talent was limited in number and quality and the other had excellent girls who readily gave their numbers and want to chill who gave excellent sessions, however, I would prefer prettier / younger girls. So, can anyone recommend a casa that I should check out? Aife? Coffee Shop? Something else?

Or perhaps other centro clubs? If anyone is planning a trip to centro, count me in.
Good quality talent in MDE costs money or investment in time. Agree with you on Veneto in Panama.

Thanks for your good wishes and advice, but it's obvious from your writing that you weren't around as we were developing this idea. I don't want to report on everything we discussed and did, but we put as much planning into it as we could, and did a shitload of research. Since this is a new concept for Medellin, it was impossible to plan exactly what we would end up with. Our first model was to be a freelance bar similar to LDV, and we'd still be doing that if we hadn't unexpectedly received the strip club license. All the girls we talked to said that THEY did not want Colombianos there. That was the only reason we started with that rule. We are well aware of the Colombiano market, and now that we have the strip license, we will be renovating with that in mind.

In fact, there are many other things going on behind the scenes that I can't make public yet. We had to wait a few weeks for a certain situation to change before we could start the new plan, and coincidently, that starts tomorrow.

I like your idea about the bus and possibly meals, and have thought about it in the past. We may very well do something along those lines. I can't remember if I mentioned the apartment we just rented for our out of town girls, but that will be bringing some fresh talent from Colombian rural towns.

Up until a month ago I was worried about our ability to stay open. Thankfully that is no longer an issue. We have been self supporting for awhile now, and are easily paying our bills without needing to invest more money ourselves. Of course we still are investing for renovations, but we also leased out the office next door which will pay our rent and utilities. The future is bright for Liquid and all that wish us success. We are not going anywhere. We will bumble along until we strike the right balance. In the meantime, we are having the time of our lives developing this, and making it as much fun for our fellow gringos as possible. Judging from the responses on our Facebook page, website, and PMs, most customers are having a great time at Liquid, and are starting to use it as a meeting place for their Western friends, and even Chicas. There is also a growing group of expats that are making Liquid the "Cheers" of Medellin.

Stay tuned; exciting things are coming! But in the meantime, there are ALWAYS Chicas available at Liquid

Centro clubs close around 2. Most will be willing to leave with you around 1:30 (without multa. No takeout fee. If they insist, offer a 20k tip and most will agree!). They were asking way too much because they see you as a gringo. ST can be had for 100-120k. TLN 150-200k. Some more. Some less. If they talk in dollars always say. Did you mean pesos. BTW, if you insist on paying a higher rate than normal. Always session on site to get a feel for her service and see if she is worth it! Never pay in advance. Compromise is to lay the money on the nightstand.

    Have fun!

Some girls want a ridiculous price for take out, but you can talk them down if you speak Spanish. In my experience a lot of them said they were working till the club closes at 3:30 and don't want to leave for hotel unless you pay $$. The two I wanted to take back for $150 for 2 horas (plus 70k takeout) , both insisted that I pay them before the service. Not something I recommend doing. They did have 70k for 30min at the actual place, but I wasn't looking for that last night. Most colombian men are there in groups at the tables so it can get a bit awkward at times sitting there by yourself. Note, you approach the girls yourself. The ones that approach you will tend to be hustlers / ugly. Unfortunately the ones I approached had the pay in advance gig for take out, meaning on the spot at the club, which was not happening. Girls tax after every dance, whether you pay attention to them or not. Highlight of the night was meeting a hot young morena that looks like Kim Kardashian. I told her that, and she had no idea who KD was. This is the one who wanted $200US per hour which changed to $200k or so for two hours. She agreed to hang out outside the club and gave her number after I danced with her for a bit. Interesting thing about her was that she was giving me kisses on the lips throughout and had the right personality. Think I'll call her tomorrow.

First let me say that I wish this business all the success possible. Not to dog pile on but clearly the ownership group got a "hard on" for the project and failed develop the actual business plan, concept, and identify of LL.

Everybody hires builders and workers but they think consultants are unnecessarily. Any consultant would have said the same thing. Pick one, are you a night club / lounge or a sports bar chill spot? Dive bar or Gastro Pub? High end or low end? Strip club or working girl house? You can't be both and when you try to be all things to all people you end up failing at everything. Come watch football, come chill, come to the oil wrestling, come, come, come. Reeks of desperation.

The "Gringos" only or exclusive plan was a bad idea from the start. All cops bad! Horrible in fact. I imagine the 4 owners (or how many there are) sitting around a table, all "Bro! This is going to be awesome! And we'll only let in Gringos like us no broke ass local Colombians who slow slip one beer" and in general just stroking their collective egos. How that rule of thumb or policy ever got past the first. 05 seconds is beyond me. Some locals Colombians DO have money, and once again I'll say this "Locals and regulars keep the lights on and water flowing. The tourists and their short time money buy you the BMW"

I applaud the fact that the decision makers are addressing their failures and shot comings but this might NOT be a good thing. Once again we back to consultants and talking to good people vs just the people cutting the checks and footing the bill. Just because you have a Strip club license does not make you a strip club! A good strip club and ALL successful businesses have good flow, a positive vibe, good layout, Fung Shui. From the pictures it looks like all the seats are on the sides of the "stage" and not right in front. That means to see the girls dancing you have to crank your neck 90* to the left or right. How long you going to tolerate this before you bounce? Would you come back to a place like this? It was not built as a strip club, not designed originally as a strip club so the place needs to remodeled as as SC.

So now LL is a strip club with a crap layout. Revenue? Either you tax the girls, the customers, or the bar. Or if you're lucky all 3. You going to get "Champagne Room" by CR I mean on site fucking or is that a different license? Will it become what I believe the owners wanted from the beginning a free lance bar? With so many guys asking about this club in Rio, this club in CR, this club in DR. Why not just lift their business model and tweak it to the Medellin / Colombian Market? Business Cliche: Keep it simple stupid! When it came to working girls the free lance bar was / is the one huge hole in the Monger scene in Colombia no?

15+ Years of Restaurant and Hotel experience under my belt (granted as a worker bee and low level management) The owner ship group might want to consider a Full re brand! Like change the name to pLace. Small P large L. (it's from Family Guy!)

My tips for the new strip club. I'd hire a crew of dancers that are available but mostly dance as eye candy, not just tits and ass, they are part of the vibe! I'd get a girl to work as a "Judas Cow" go down to where ever you see them barrio chicks and snipe the pretty ones from the shitty clubs and be like a talent scout. To get those girls (you need to get a par sheet, how many girls should we have? You don't want too many but mos def yo udon't want too few. Got to do the homework) I'd get a bus driver or a large van. And be hey girls you see this Chiva? Well you can make more money working at Liquid Lounge (or pLace) AND we'll give you a free ride to work! You'll save $15-$20K COP in Taxis by just working for us! Clearly have a central spot or three. AND I'd offer them a "pre shift meal" That way you can lay down the law and rules before the action starts. A fee ride and a free meal? Colombians LOVE FREE SHIT! FACT! Hahahah! If you get the girls the dudes will come.

Then you tax the girls. Maybe not an upfront charge but have a time min if they getting a ride in and a free meal. Then if they get a date you tax them.
