What you are asking for is not something you will probably find. These sorts of groups cross the line of what is legal, and I think it is safe to say that authorities wish they would cease to exist, so whether legal or not they will bring trouble on themselves. Sex tourism is considered an "evil" by general society there. So the closest to a webpage or guide you will find is this forum, where people merely share their experiences but are not doing it for profit or for personal gain of any kind.

As for the mansion I don't have the website off the top of my head, but it is easy to find if you search under the Casa Blanca thread or probably in several other threads. I don't know what you mean by "deterministic good quality girls". Quality is very individual, and no two people will have the same experience. My Spanish tutor lives in Bogota and told me the story of the 4 children aged 13 to 1 that survived for 40 days in the Jungle. The baby was only 11 months old and they all had no food or water and just survived. The 11 month old is a little girl. I'm a million percent sure that she is the toughest baby in the world. If you have water, that is the main thing. People go on complete water fasts for over a month. Myself I have fasted for 7 days with no problem. Your right those kids were awesome. I bet the leader of the group was the key.
