Relato is the #2 least expensive restaurant on the carrera 33 strip. El Tabun is the cheapest. El Botanico in my experience is the most popular for punters on dinner dates. Every spot along the strip has a good representation of punters wining and dining prepagos.

On a related note, I walked from an early dinner in Provenza down 10th Street to pick up some stuff at Carulla. I was struck by the presence of a scantily clad (Botero Plaza style) street walker standing on the north curb of 10th Street doing everything sort of waving down cars and pedestrians to get a date. I wonder if that will change when Lleras is back.

I have been to that restaurant a few times. What makes you think they are hookers?

Why would they not be worth $1000 in the USA but worth $300 in Colombia? The cost of living in the USA is higher in the USA and would warrant the price difference. Would $1500 rent in the USA not be worth it in comparison to a similar place in Colombia that is going for $500?

Yeah, about girls taking photos in upscale places, it's been remarked upon many times. If you stay in a nice place mist women will want to take some selfies. I could be wrong but I think the price is standard. I've never negotiated price there. The price has been 330 K with room. Though it's certainly possible the price has gone up in the last month or two.

Hey Anthony welcome. I don't post much but have been coming to Medellin quite a few years and have spent a few winters here. Just want to let you know some of the best chicas Medellin has to offer are available for 250 mil COP. So don't come here with the mindset that you need to pay what YOU think it's worth (or some other crazy big baller spender). Pay the going rate. BTW in all my years here the only time I've ever had a chica quote me a price in dollars rather than COP was once in Gustos. And yeah I don't hang around Parque Lleras much so maybe you'll hear dolllars around there. I'm usually talking to chicas on Facebook. But anyhow you would be well advised to be thinking and talking prices in terms of pesos rather than dollars. And 250 mil will have them coming to you. I really look forward to reading your real world reports after you hit the ground. Have fun!

I will most certainly like to report back once I touch ground. I understand we all have different tastes, in Tijuana I've had plenty of fun with 9's and a few 10's for 100 usd. There aren't many "upscale" hookers in Medellin. They come from the same neighborhoods, went to the same schools and eat the same arroz and huevos when money is tight.

When I search for Isa Cardenas I get a lot of different options, none of which looked especially appealing, just the basic type you can see anywhere in Medellin. Perhaps some link would clarify it. However, if she's someone popular on social media, the pictures you're looking at are 50-75% her and 25-50% makeup, filters and lighting. Unless she's been surgically enhanced, in which case swap those numbers.
