The Metro is mostly an untold story of Medellin on this board IMO. World class. There are only a handful of metro systems that integrate overhead cable cars in the world, and Medellin is adding more. The higher up the side of the mountain you go, the lower the rent. Steeper is Cheaper. My novia used to live in a Strata 2 casa that had a view of the valley that would have cost a million bucks anywhere in the USA and her rent was $103 USD per month.
