I had a few FB girls asking for 300+ mil, I just tell them to that I always pay 150 and this is not my first time in Medellin, almost all of them will accept 200 + taxi. If you really like a girl, you can tell her that you will pay her 200, but if the service is good you will give her a sizable tip. I will be staying in Medellin for two weeks. I found a good apartment in Laureles. A three bedroom with a terrace. Really nice. However it has no security. I'm not a newbie. I be been many times but this is the first without security in Medellin. Will I be OK or should I rebook somewhere else.

I wouldn't say "never buy lady drinks. " However, if you're buying lady drinks, wherever in the world you are, they're going to be watered down and overpriced. Buying lady drinks doesn't earn you any points. The bar makes money, the girl makes money and they'll happily continue the arrangement as long as you're buying.

If your goal is to sit and chat with a girl, buying a few lady drinks might be the way to go. If you're looking for something more, skip the drinks and get to the point.

I'm going to Medellin in December and thinking about staying at the Mansion. I took a look at their rooms and the prices are a lot higher than other places, and the rooms don't look as nice. I was wondering if they charge a chica fee every time you bring a girl to your room.

There was a report that they charged a fee if you brought in an outside girl for an overnight stay. However, there's no charge for taking girls to your room for girls on-site and no charge for short time visits by any outside talent.

I'm wishy-washy on whether or not staying at the Mansion is a good idea. For a first time visitors, especially one with minimal foreign mongering experience, it's a good resource. You'll meet many experienced mongers, you'll gain confidence and it couldn't be much easier: Get up, eat breakfast, relax for awhile. 1.) Hotel: Finally settled on San Peter after reading dozens of conflicting / changing reports. But earlier today someone called it an airbnb rather than a hotel. The good thing is you can put "San Peter Apartments" in any GPS based app (Google Maps, Uber, Rappi, etc) and it pops up immediately.

Like another ISG'er stated, the girl must have an ID (Cedula in Spanish) to get in. I love this place and have stayed here many times.
