The only way to do that is stay in Centro, that puts you at ground zero for casa's, strip clubs and street girls, I reckon there are close to 500+ working girls with in a 4 block radius of where I stay at the hotel Botero (I did a large write up on it in the Med. Hotels & rental apts thread recently) That's 6 strip clubs, 2 Casa's and 2 redlight blocks.

True that, hell you must understand that you are on your OWN, no BODY will help, it could be the middle of the day on a busy street and no one will put themselves at risk, not the people walking by you or the shop owners or even those police as they are a joke.

Can someone suggest few places to stay at (the mansion is out of my price range) or just general areas of town to stay at. I'm looking into hotels and airbnb. The goal is to maximize the amount of girls to have with as little commute as possible.

Really depends on how you're planning to hookup. If you looking for upscale areas with a busy nightlife stay in Laureles around Carrera 70 or Poblado near Parque LLeras. Both are filled with bars and nightclubs that you can cruise for chicks if you speak fluent Spanish and have good game. If you're gameless than at least you got a good home base to order in with a facebook girl or escort on photoprepagos.com. Groups of prepagos can be found hanging out at Parque Lleras after dark. Both areas see a lot of gringos and are regarded as the safer parts of town.

Alternatively if you want to save a buck you can stay in Centro somewhere near Parque Bolivar or Bolero. There are a ton of cheap casas and strip clubs in the area and the place is generally OK to walk around during daylight hours. The place takes a turn for the worse at night when all the drug pushers, thieves, and criminals emerge to ply their trade so I wouldn't recommend sticking around unless you're a hardened veteran or with a group of blokes to watch your back.

Preparing for my return to Medellin. I have a few more questions if anyone can help. So I understand after sundown the Centro gets sketchy after the businesses close and all the police leave.

All the Police don't leave, there are just less of them.

The nicer ones do for sure, the room's I have been in in Conejitas strip clubs did, Maricaibo also, I forget if Barra Ejective did but I think so. Casa Yakusa does not I think but I usually do take out there. All the street girls have taken me to short term hotels with showers also.

Agreed Wolf. I personally never do the bar scene when I travel their. I personally like the casa girls to hang out with. I grab their numbers after the session and I can hang with them the entire night at my apartment for absolutely dirt cheap.
