Hey, look at the mirror to find out why so many chicas gave you great services. Welcome to paradise.

First, a big thanks to those who previously posted maps and lists. I found both to be accurate and helpful, making for very easy and convenient mongering. First time posting to this forum. Nothing new to report, just my experiences at well know places. My work brings me to several Latin American countries, and finally it brought me to Colombia. Met some very fun cuties in Barranquilla, and while they exceeded my expectations there, I was really looking forward to Medellin. Overall it met, and maybe even exceeded, my high expectations. I'm a casa guy and found the abundance of opportunities here impressive. I was in and out of the city, but took advantage of the only three late afternoons I had free.

Does every working girl in Colombia give great service, or am I just lucky? Perhaps speaking decent Spanish helps, but of the three chicas I went with in Medellin and the two in Barranquilla, EVERY one was fun, very pretty, sexy as all get out, and just went above and beyond in terms of service. I really like an unrushed hour of GFE, or close to it, and all of these honeys came through.

My only regret, if you can call it that, is that I didn't go to Energy first. I will definitely plan my next trip around that place.

Why do I bother?

My original comment was a +1 to AG's comment about how hard it was to conduct business down in Colombia. It was a comment about the foul business practices and lack of ethics that Colombians have and what areas they are lacking in terms of logic and strategic planning. It was NOT a commentary on the general population and their quality of heat / intentions and clearly you sir (Shocker) have little or rusty reading comprehension skills. I never said "I despise anybody" so where did you come up with that idea?

Moving on. Pussy? Anybody have a decent report to post?

First up was New Life in the Centro. On a Friday afternoon about 4:30 PM, I made it in just before a wave of at least ten locals. The guy running the show was great about giving us chica choices in the order of our arrival. Maybe 20 girls, a few good looking ones, but no stunners by my taste. Went with Sara, an early twenties paisa with a decent and mostly natural body (ass implants, which, IMO, she didn't need) , cute face and super silky black hair (always a favorite for me). She was fun, sexy, affectionate, and gave a superb BBBJ. At 65k for 1 hour of very good service, I have to say it was a bargain by my standards.

Next was Energy, adjacent to the Estadio complex and a five minute walk from my very nice B&B. On a Tuesday afternoon about 4 PM, I was the only guy there. It's a more upscale place in a nice neighborhood with lots of hot women on the streets. Of the 12 or so chicas at Energy, at least 6 were very good looking by my standards, and it was downright painful having to choose, especially knowing that I didn't have another chance to come back since they aren't open on Sundays. This will not happen if you are with with westerners since they don't mess with westerners except for robberies.

Dress down, wear hat and glass in El Centro, though it is not neccessary.

I went to the center of Medellin many times and never I get problems. The most important thing is to have a low profile.

It depends how you dress. IMO chinos are less likely to be viewed as a tourist. There are many asians who live and work in latin countries. They speak the language hire locals to work and are more IMO a part of the local community than most gringo expats.

If you are an ABC (american born Chinese) and you wear gringo clothes the deal is off. You will be just another gringo.

If you are concerned about being asian in MDE " Don't Be " just dress like an asian living in Colombia not like an asian visiting from the USA. Ie. A collared dress shirt (worn casually) and dark slacks (non expensive) vs an Affliction T- shirt and Nikes.

I personally would feel more comfortable hanging out with a chino than another gringo in MDE.

Chinese, Japanese and Koreans are less darker than the caucasian race in North America in general.

Local rateros may "subconsciously" choose victims based on their perceived racial hierarchy, rather than whether or not the victims stick out.

The society in Colombia holds that caucasians are at upper level in the social hierarchy, and chinos are at the lower level.

It is psychologically easier to attack chinos.

But Poblado and Mayorista will be OK. In El Centro, locals do to Asians somethings they do not do to gringos, though subconsciously perhaps.

BTW, I totally agree with your assessment of business practice in Colombia.

Are you serious? I'm Asian, living in Medellin for years and never been attacked! The only estrangero victims I read about are gringos.

AG, the board is giving you crap for saying colombians are thieves and not to trust them. Since, you are the only one on the board who has actual experience employing colombians for many, many, years, you are most qualified to give an opinion on this. Would you say this opinion comes from your experiences with your employees over the last 10 years or so. How many of your employees or employees of friends of yours that have a business stole and were fired. It would make a interesting discussion. I find it hard to believe you think colombians are thieves because you just don't like them. You do live there. I am sure this comes from you business dealings. Correct me if I am wrong here.

I've experienced everything you've mentioned and all I do is smile and go about my ways. I'm not here to change their perceptions or prejudices, I'm here for pussy! I'll definitely not be wearing my suit and tie up in El Centro, more like shirt and jeans.

Since I'll be staying at the Mansion, hopefully, I'll find a wingman there to do some casa hopping.

Clap Clap Clap! Here here! I could not agree with you more! It's a wonder that you were able to start your hotel with such success when dealing with these Groceros and Ladrones!

I have friends who live here and have opened up businesses and the over all impression is that Colombians are liars, thieves, and cowards! They try to alter deals at the last min, try to impose hidden fees, and over all have no honor when it comes to business because they live in fear. It is a fear of everything! They think that the only way to be successful is to stand on the backs of everybody and anybody else. They are the perfect example of Crabs in a barrel...!

Totally right.

Thieves are all about the easiest target. White, Black, Asian, Indian, Ect. If you look like an easy target you going to get tested. If you act shook you going to get taken. .

But when you walk in some poor areas in El Centro, every block, homeless and street people will come to you and beg for money and / or do strange things-like making slant eyes, doing Hindu bows, saying ching chonh chang or whatever etc. A few rateros will come to you and try to mess with you, though it happens once a day, not every block.

This happens at least once per trip.

I was a bit hesitant at first to go to CO since my experiences with Colombianas were pretty much all business with excessive rules, just the 'pay me and fuck me and propina' attitude, which I didn't like at all. I enjoy making a personal rather than just a professional connection with chicas. Not saying that all were like that, some were very nice and heart warming, and provided great service, but that was the exception. I guess the Colombianas working overseas are all about making money, nothing wrong with that, but I guess being away from home in a foreign land working for sex isn't an ideal situation for them. They just wan to make their dough and head back home to take care of their kid (s) and family.

I'm glad that MDE isn't like that in general since the girls are right at home and feel comfortable and aren't as cold minded. Gilligan's Island analogy didn't do it for me because I only saw probably half an episode my entire life.

RiceRocket99. Come on down to Medellin. Your evaluation of the scene in both Panama and Colombia is spot on accurate, and your experience in Panama will be very helpful to you. When you get here, you will realize that the Colombianas you met in Panama were cold, hard, and very professional. Meet the younger, fresher, more girl next door type down here. It is like being on Gilligan's Island and meeting Maryann vs. Ginger.

So being a chino, I'll be looked upon as a second class tourist fellow compared to the gringos in MDE? I don't look or dress like a mainland Chinese since I'm 'Americanized', but I guess hard to break other countries' stereotypes about Chinese men. I can do some kung fu in the bedroom!
