El Centro is dangerous, and I believe more so than other City's of the same size if your a foreigner. If you can pass looks wise as a local, and not draw attention as being a foreigner, that's huge as you will be less of a target, at least not somebody walking around with a bulls eye on them. I personally fall into that category, but I don't walk around El Centro late at night because whether I'm a foreigner or not, and whether I can pass as a local or not, everybody walking around there is prey.

I believe it's relatively safe to be out late at night, such as in front of the bars around Avenida De La Grief and other areas where there are lots of people out. But outside of heavily populated areas not a good idea.

Something I am sure your cognizant of, is that it's one thing to be-friend the locals, and it can open doors for you, yet word will get out about you, and your fortune could change in a heartbeat. I befriend people all the time, but not in El Centro.

You sound very experienced, yet most guys on this board won't stay where you stayed and be out late at night, versus the idiots mentioned in the previous post being totally clueless of their surroundings and ignorant, hence they got jacked up, and rightly so for being pompus.
    Don't get me wrong,

I'm not saying to stray beyond the well-populated areas, or that it doesn't hold risk. I'm 6', 300 lbs and have long gray / white hair. I don't necessarily blend in well. I'm also not saying to bring moonshine to the native, simply not to be afraid to engage the regulars on the stroll. If you're out mongering, you're going to draw attention anyway. Colombians are incredibly friendly and respond robustly and sincerely if you try to engage them- even folks around El Centro. If you're sitting at one of the bars, buy the guy next to you a shot and toast with him. Definitely don't play the big man, but they know you have cash in your pocket and if you're conservative but a decent guy, it goes a long way. I'm just saying that Medellin isn't nearly as dangerous as its made out to be- it's not Pablo and Narcos. Its the city center in a major city of 2 million people. They're dangerous at night. That being said, The cops stay out in El Centro to at least midnight, its well lit, and there is a vibrant community that lives there. One of the best conversations I've ever had in a foreign country was a theological argument with a street guy late one night on Botero Plaza. You just have to be smart about it; don't be a dar papaya.

Never heard of the place, and quite frankly, if a place existed similar to Medellin it would be on the mongering map, hence my guess is as far as women only, the place won't hold a candle to Medellin, but might be a cool place to visit for the history and the food. Maybe the other ISG forums will be of help to you.

Are Venezuelan girls making Colombianas work harder?

So drinking game alert, take a shot for each time you reckon Pollo Negro or Surfer have been with any of them. But seriously, consider how dolled up these girls could be with the benefit of an hour or two with Slapshot's credit card. Full disclosure, confession of a Centro rat, I may have smashed in more than one case.
I'm a fellow Centro monger looking to return in about a month. What kind of prices are you seeing in general? Are the Venezuelan girls driving some competition? I've seen a vid or two coming out of EC that looks like things are booming again. Thanks for any info in advance, and feel free to hit me up if there's anything I can share.

No, I haven't been with any of your crew, unless they are six months pregnant, have a black plastic bag their inhaling into, look like a beached whale, are drunk and stagerring around, and are deaf, dumb, and / or mute they are out of my league.

I'm not sure that even if your crew members had a make-over, with some nice clothes, a hairdo, and make-up that Slapshot would go with any of them.

Almost sounds like somebody would have to tie him up to the bedposts in one of the Love Motels, put a knife to his throat, and then bring one of your crew members into the room to service him.

Kind of a rough way for him to get his whisker! LOL.

Any update on this information? The Colombian website still says it's required as of early this morning, anybody with new news about, usually MR E is up on this stuff and most of time correct, not that's is a deal breaker anymore because it's so easy to go get tested with no lines in Florida as of the moment, was in and out of (done in car throat swabbed) in less then 15 min and results back very next day via text results!

Its a legit tour. Other companies sell the same tour for 90 k. The best thing is she also sells pussy / ass after the tour. Her whatsapp is +5732XXXX410. I think she's worth it. At least to get out of Poblado a bit and see sexy ass.
Anyway to get the what's app? Feeling oddly touristic rn.

Whenever I go out of town for an overnight trip, like to Santa Fe or San Geronimo, yes I do take my main phone with me, and am super careful with it as I don't take my laptop, and need to be connected. But for a day trip only, if you have a local phone I wouldn't bother taking your main phone.

Very diplomatic of you Surfer, to compliment Sammy and analyze the pros and cons of his methods. However there's about as many pros to it as there are to jumping in a swamp full of aligators. "Yea the water's nice and warm, moonlight through the trees, lots of nice folk here if you know how to play the game. " LOL.

I have heard of other guys having problems as well, and prior to the Pandemic, one time they gave me a hard time. I have a Colombian Cedula, and presented both a photocopy of my Cedula, and my USA Passport, and the gal at the front desk apparently was new and was in disbelief that a foreigner could have a Cedula and she took a photocopy of it and sent it to her boss who immediately confirmed I was good to go, and of course they didn't ask the Chica I was with for anything.

So the answer to your question is, it will depend on who's working the front desk.

Additionally, your better off to carry a color copy of your Passport along with a photocopy of the date of entry into the Country. With this you should not be denied entry anywhere at a short time Hotel, and the PP is one of the few that does checks ID's. Also, others have reported that lots of places are requiring the Venezuelans have copies of their Passports to get into places but these are overnight Hotels. Next time ask the girls before you go with them whether they have a Cedula for the Colombians, or a Passport for the Venezuelans before you go with them. And if they don't, and they appear to be older and of legal age, ask them where to go, but I personally will not go to any of the short time hotels without hot water, towels, and are clean. I may have low standards, but am not going to use the use the 5 and 6 K scabie / bed bug infested rooms unless it's for a blowjob with only my dick sticking out of my pants, but I haven't done that in a while.

Also I advise against carrying your cell phone with you if it's an American cell phone. I hope this information helps.
Surfer thanks for the advice. Sounds like it might be better to stick to zona rosa, hot water, towels, porn on the TV and around a 3 hour limit in the room as well as no ID check. As for vennies, in April I'll be staying in an apartment without a portero because that really spoiled my fun last time, although I won't be taking randoms back to my apartment, only chicas I trust and have road tested first.

About the cellphone, mine along with my bank cards normally don't leave the room. I only take some small cash for the day and a cheap burner phone for ordering ubers and collecting numbers, can't afford to lose my main phone. From reading some of your reports I think your security routine is about the same as mine but I'm wondering, if you go on a day trip, for example Guatapé, do you take your main phone with you?

For the record, I spent my first week in Medellin at the Casa Royale hotel up the block from the Iglesia, right by the Metro. I was out many nights into the wee hours, and have walked through much of El Centro late. It's no more or less dangerous than any other city of that size at that time of night, which is to say you can find yourself in a bad situation quickly. I had the good fortune of being befriended by the block jefe the first night, which not only offered a lot of protection but some great partying right outside the door of the hotel. One tip- you'd be amazed how far the gift of a bottle or two of aguadiente to some of the regulars in your orbit. For five or ten bucks you can not only tap into the community, but you'd be surprised how eagerly tips on when to catch the hottest ladies or the odd local goodies are shared. Just don't be a dar papaya- low hanging fruit.
