Anyway, I've had a range of experiences interacting with girls and wanted to ask the forum about one of them. Instead of focusing on what they want, think about what you want. Are you going to Medellin to find a girlfriend you can support from the US? Are you going to find a wife? Are you going to find a girl who wants you to pay her to have dinner with you?

I'm guessing you will answer "no."

I'm doing it a slightly different way. I bought a great condition iPhone 7 plus for $170. I downloaded and logged into all of the apps I need specific to Colombia. Indriver, Rappi, Facebook Messenger, Whatsapp etc. , (plus a very good camera which I plan to use) but it has none of my personal emails or banking apps on it. I'll get a movistar sim when I land and for $20-30 and have enough data to use it for the 3 weeks I'm there. If it gets stolen, not a big deal. The phone is logged into my icloud account and I can wipe it remotely. My US cell will stay at my Airbnb locked in the safe. If you wanted to be extra safe and still cost conscious, you could get (2) iPhone 7's for about $100-120 a piece and have 2 solid backup travel phones.

Arrived here 5 days ago from Lima. A little warmer here than in Lima, but both city's it feels great compared to the Northern USA.

I'm staying at ground zero in Centro. I have only seen about 4 or 5 girls in Centro streets that I would take. I have been hitting the Casa's,and of them all I prefer New Life. You'll recognize it by the bakery case and the menus written on blackboards. The food is excellent and cheap and the owner, Juan, speaks excellent English. He's also an incredibly nice guy.

So I am doing an airbnb in Medellin from Friday to Tuesday in April. If I wanted a bunch of girls to come over for a bachelor party how should I go about setting that up? Should I do it in advance before getting out there or do you think visiting parque Lleras and gustos prior would be good enough?

I use my top of the line dual SIM Android device. If it gets lost or stolen I will buy a newer one and use my spare unlocked phone I keep around for such emergencies. Yes, I keep spare SIM cards so I can activate them over the Internet as needed. I use a local SIM wherever I am traveling to get the cheapest cellular data rates at the highest available speeds.

This is the way to go. The only question is, how many sim-cards and cheap spare iPhones to bring. I thought about it only after I arrived. So, hopefully, none of us will need to go through this procedure, and it just stays what it is. A backup plan.

On a different note, walking around with a old iPhone and cheap headphones while your latest greatest gadgets are locked up in the room feels kind of funny. I hate cheap headphones. Another sacrifice we men do for women.

Depending on the length of my stay, I normally bring two spare phones and sims. One is reasonably new, an IPhone 8, and one is really old, an iPhone 6. I use my primary iPhone 11 Pro Max first, it is insured in every way I can think of, if I lose it, I will activate my back phones. I lost my phone once during my last trip to Medellin, it took me all but 15 minutes to activate my spare iPhone. An iPhone 8 in Medellin is still a respectable phone.

If you have att as your service provider, then just bring an extra iPhone and an extra att SIM card. Make sure you have a way to check your email (needed for two factor authentication) and make a phone call to att without your phone. I typically have an iPad and a MacBook hidden somewhere, I use Skype to call att. Att can activate your SIM card on your backup iPhone, iCloud will restore all your contents and settings. You will be up and running with your US phone in matter of minutes, like you never lost it.

I know, I know, it happens everywhere, but I want to blame SJobs for the severity of the problem here. I think his addiction to 18-21 year old girls has caused irrational price inflation in that age group on FB and Tinder. Hence, more girls are trying to get into that category.

Everyone, just kidding, nothing against SJobs. I am just surprised that 19 year old Girl says she is 18, and 22, she is 20 etc. In my experience, P4P girls in Europe / Asia usually stopped aging at 21/22.

I went at 130 am to ATM in Santa Fe to get a chick out my apartment, next morning I can't find my card, I run to the ATM, my card was under the door of the bank. On a Sunday, I luckily found a tree branch and dragged it from under the door. I was damn lucky no one stole it. I believe I left it and a good person slid it under the bank door. Lucky me!
