Where are these local venues and what prices should I expect?

Actually what a lot guys don't realize here on this board, especially all the newcomers, is that Lleras and Gusto's are not a local's mongering venue, there are no locals pulling girls from there, and as far as I know, it's the only "tourist / foreigner mongering venue" in the City, and hence the outrageous pricing.

There's lots of other venues in the City with superior ambience and atmosphere, but they are not typically frequented by tourists / foreigners.

" If anyone is clipping anyone, it is the independent putas who themselves have paid to get in for the chance to prey on big-spending gringos, not Gusto's management.

What I do miss most of all in the Medellin mongering scene (great as it is in most respects) are normal local bars with a dance floor and a mix of both working girls and locals just out for a night on the town. The small, seedy bars in El Centro have their charms (at least during daylight hours) but don't really fill the bill.

Say what? You do not have them come at the exact same time. You tell them that you want to see them at such and such time. Then whoever is on the way first you give the address to. You don't give all the chicks the address and tell them all to show up at 6 pm. Who would do that?

Surprisingly quite a few guys would do that. At least that's what several people have posted in the past. As for who is on the way first, good luck there. Also reported by many, and it's happened to me, lots of girls will tell you they are in the taxi and on the way when they haven't started getting ready yet.

That's why I find out from them what time is good for them first. It doesn't do me any good to set up with a girl for 6 pm when her mother won't be home to watch her kids until 7:30. If I tell her 6 pm, chances are she'll agree, knowing there's no way she can arrive before 8 pm. If instead I ask, I can either set up 8 pm with her, or I can tell her that we can do a different day, if I want something earlier. Just makes things much simpler for everyone when you recognize everyone else has shit going on too and they can't just show up on short notice.

I'm thinking of a trip, splitting my stay between two hotels: hotel M and Dan Carlton. Is Hotel M good every day of the week? Does it have girls waiting at the bar and pool 7 out of 7 days a week, or is it slow weekdays and picks up from Thursday to Saturday?

I was in Medellin a couple of weeks ago, and this is the first chance I've had to write about the trip.

Wednesday: I arrived in Medellin and headed to my hotel. I chose Hotel M (AKA the Mansion) because it has a decent selection of girls on-site if you're feeling lazy or don't want to take huge risks, but its near enough to most things that if you want to go out and have fun, you can do that. The girls are higher priced (200 k-300 k), but you don't have to worry about getting robbed or drugged with them. The hotel really looks out for you in that regard. Felt super safe in Peru (Lima and elsewhere), but I am concerned about the reports of violent vibe lately, due to Covid. This would not be just "mongering" trip, we would like to stay in Laurels, eat in nice cafes / restaurants, just walk around.

Alternative is Buenos Aires (Argentina just opened up) - much safer but hot and humid in December.

Are those reports of robberies, etc. Valid? The idea was to spend 5-6 day in Bogota and Medellin each.

If you're planning on returning regularly to Medellin I don't recommend booking multiple girls for the same time. If more than 1 shows up, you can have problems. If 1 or more is already in a taxi when you start cancelling, the word will spread about you and you'll have trouble getting anyone to come over.

I'm glad you liked my post bro. I was there over the last cpl months in September and October. Unfortunately I won't be there while your there because I have work obligations, but I plan on coming back in December or January. Best times to go to Centro are between 4 pm to 8 pm. And Saturdays tends to have the highest amount of chicas whereas Sundays were the slowest days. I stayed at Hotel Calle Real on calle 51 (near the church) while I was there this last time. While the hotel isn't the best, it was cheap and close to the action. Hope you have a great trip bro.

I was in Gusto last Saturday. There were more girls than guys. Asked average looking girl who was sitting next to me if she could go for an hour. She said she would for $150 and $250 for whole night.

Didn't even bother to continue conversation. Even SW in that area, asking price is min 250 pesos.

In my experience the best places are casas. If you make couple trips casas, definitively you would find better looking girls as I did.

I believe the price was 160 k for 1 hour last November at Energy. I've usually had good luck there, but I pick about 85% based on the girls attitude and personality.
