It's random, and you get it at the ticket counter when you check in, so they wouldn't know how much cash a person has on them.

I was in Medellin a couple of weeks ago, and this is the first chance I've had to write about the trip.

Wednesday: I arrived in Medellin and headed to my hotel. I chose Hotel M (AKA the Mansion) because it has a decent selection of girls on-site if you're feeling lazy or don't want to take huge risks, but its near enough to most things that if you want to go out and have fun, you can do that.
