The Colombian people are very proud and whenever I visit I am always respectful of their culture. I many Colombians are wary of the sex tourist due to all the articles that are written about us in their papers. I was in a Cafe there around 3 weeks ago in El Poblado and they had a sign that said "No Sex Tourists". So when you visit have a good time but try to show a little respect.

As part of my quest to add new information to the Board, I decided to book through the La Celestina agency.

I found the agency to be very professional. Communication was astounding through the whatsapp service.

I will confirm. I made a few tours of El Centro last month.

The lineup on Veracruz and Raudal looked about the same as I remember it from Feb / March of 2018. However, Botero Plaza had a lot of girls hanging around. I'm assuming they were Venezuelan. I'd guess between 30-50 in the early afternoon.

I disagree with your assessment though. There were quite a few fat ones. There were several older ones. There was even one who I'll call "hammerhead", you've probably seen her. But there were also several who looked pretty good to me. I also noticed a few more better looking ones along Veracruz too.

OK guys, for the frequent posters here, why'all know I've posted my intention of coming to Colombia on this forum. I originally planned for a full 3 months to be split between Colombia, Sao Paulo, & Rio. The bad news is I will have settle for 9 weeks instead. The good news is the trip is still happening! I plan to stay 3 weeks in Colombia.

I'm currently shopping for flight tickets. I found flights from LAX to Bogota to be almost half as much as flights to Sao Paulo. So its obvious from the money side, that I should fly into Bogota. I then will stay one night in Bogota and then fly to Rio the next day. After spending 6 weeks in Brazil, I will fly back to Bogota and stay in Colombia for 3 weeks. Then from Bogota, I will fly back to the states. I know logistically this is doable. How does flight plan seem to you guys? I will have problems with customs in either Brazil or Colombia? That's the only thing I'm worried about.

I know Colombia require travelers from Brazil a yellow vaccination to enter the country, which I already gotten earlier this year, so I should be good from that.

Maybe I'm not reading it correctly, but whilst you've found cheap tickets to Bogota, you'll have to pay for BOG-GIG as well, no? I mean, does the total price difference justify the extra hassle of having a long layover in BOG and paying for a hotel, considering that you're coming back to Colombia for 3 weeks anyway?
