The hotels I just searched for my next trip in a few weeks the cheapest I have ever seen since my inaugural trip in 2006 and my most recent trip the end of 2015. Granted the exchange rate mostly the reason why. So presents many options.

I have stayed many times Poblado and one time La 70 but this time and I cherish as to being so close to Centro day brothels I might just buy a day room in Centro then head back to Poblado or La 70 at night.

Going to condense the rest of my trip to one report when I get stateside.

Arrived in Medellin at 2 pm. Been traveling since 5 am.

For some reason immigration was really crowded and took a long time to clear. Picked up bags and took taxi to Airbnb.

To top it, when I boarded the flight to Medellin, I found that one of my tooth caps was wiggling.

The Airbnb was still being cleaned when I arrived, so dropped bags there and found a 24 hour dentist in Laurales.

He patched me up in about an hour and a half, and by that time my Airbnb was ready.

By now it was about 6 pm.

Been talking to multiple chicas, and one of the prepagos, I was told, would not be allowed in the Airbnb, so dropped her.

Next talked to a few Facebook chicas. Some were not my type, and some others had scheduling issues.

Next I messaged an old contact who I had met previously. She was a dancer at Fase Dos, and she had promised doubles with another dancer.

She counted it out, it came to 327 mil pesos. She got dressed, kissed me and and wanted to see me again and left.

Overall, not a bad first day.

Went in July this year. Been to busy to write I review. First time. Medellin in general is a beautiful city. Would go there just for the location outside of the sport- but now back to the sport- most of the interactions were in places like Gusto, Fase II, TInder, FB, online, LA Isla- la isla was my favorite. Overall city has great food- weather- great activities. Great culture- good looking women everywhere all day. So much so that even while at strip joints. You be come picky because you've been seeing quality women all day. Literally took me a while to get started just because of being overwhelmed so to say. While around town. Easy to talk to meet people with little Spanish. Had many street encounters. But crew I was with for bachelor party. Preferred pros- though non pros and walking pros approached often -went to new life was meh. Slow so we left and then energy. Massage place. Was surprised by how many girls came out. Hard to pick like 30 7-9. 5's. One of my friends took 2 girls LOL -- ill shorten this overall for first time. Was surprised how much value we got. Had one girl in la isla. Let me pop 3 times and said no time limit. I had to leave after 3 I was done -I'm sure things can be done at 1/4 cost of what we spent which is really nothing I think total $800 for a 4 day party filled weekend. With about 7 bodies. Down the rest food drinks activities. If your on the fence go. Would I go alone. I especially want to go alone. Crews can slow you down.

The two biggest differences for me between Medellin and Bogota are (1) because of its size there is more quantity and variety of everything in Bogota and (2) the climate (I much prefer Medellin's).

Thanks for the input! I never considered Germany but then again I've just started to research this. I was actually considering Russia so that I could connect with some contacts I've met on tours here in the US but that seems tough to travel to. Medellin sounds like a safe bet for me to start since I'm fluent in Spanish. I was originally going to try Bogota instead since it a better "cover story" at home. Is there a difference in quality, experience, or cost with the girls between the 2 cities?

Bogota. 10 K feet elevation. Plan to be a bit light headed for the first 4-5 days until your body adjusts to it. Sure doesn't take too many Club Colombias to get a good buzz there. Haha.

There is a cocaine tea that helps. You can get it in a few places and even in some hotels. And I found that the black club Colombia helps.
