My personal opinion is that at some point in the future the girl will ride out of his life and live with her girlfriend in the house he's paying to build. Big deal. It's his money and he hasn't asked me to babysit. Just like none of us asked him before all the questionable choices we've all made.
He didn't ask us if he should buy the scooter. He asked about what he needs to ride it legally.

The Colombian police have no idea which states require a motorcycle endorsement. As long as you have a valid license from the US you can legally drive a car or ride a moto.
You can't get a Colombian driver's license until you have a Colombian cedula de extranjero. You can't get a cedula until you have a visa valid for at least 6 months. Tourist visa is not applicable.
The only thing you might need is something authorizing you to ride her scooter.
Anyone sending money to girls, buying gifts for girls, or whatever you feel like doing, go right ahead. It's your money. Unless someone on ISG is paying all your expenses, how you spend your money is none of their business. My only advice is to remember, the money you spend doesn't buy you anything. The only guarantee is that you'll be asked for money again.

At 5:25 he explains the process from his point of view. He also tells the story of how his bike got stolen out from under him at gun point but thats not the point of my point you toward this video, even if it is worth hearing about

AI heard a rumor that you can go to this Academia Automovilismo on the northeast corner of Calle 9 and Carrera 43 A in Poblado and pay the right amount of money to the right person. And they pave the way to get your license. That was a couple of years ago that I heard this so it might be worth looking into but take it with a grain of salt.

First you buy a motorcycle and put in your girls name. That means you bought it for her. You will never get it back or any proportional value of it, except maybe the helmet as a token of remembrance.
Now reality hits you and you realize you have no rights to even drive the thing legally? Now you ask for the information you should have started out with before buying. Please brag some more about what a good deal you got on a motorcycle you do not have any rights to. You should be talking to a lawyer and not asking fellow story tellers here for advice. You said you heard stories about police taking motorcycles. Be the big spender you claim to be and see a lawyer for 30 minutes and find out the truth.
I wish I was your neighbor so I could watch as she breaks up with you and drives away on your motorcycle. I will happily be eating my popcorn.
Now please go buy yourself a condo or house and put it in her name. Then you will learn how much she really loves you (your money only).

Posts: 1643Negotiating bareback fucking
I just PM'd this to a fellow monger a few minutes ago and thought maybe someone else could use it.
In Medellin, yes, you can negotiate for bareback fucking. Everything is negotiable, everything has a price. Recent STD test result are a great idea.
There's two basic strategies. You can make it clear up front that you want bareback, and be prepared to pay 50 to 100 mil COP extra. You may get a flat out refusal at those prices but they will all do it for a price. I guesstimate an 75-80 percent success rate at that price range.
Or you can wait until the moment of truth and just proceed like it's the normal thing to do, don't ask. I favor this approach but that is probably purely personal preference. She will probably but not always stop you. The advantage there, is that you are both already semi-committed and are motivated to close the deal. Show her your dick under full light, let her examine it if she wants, squeeze it so she sees nothing drips out the tip. Be clinical and matter of fact about it and she will appreciate it. Go for it! Good luck and happy mongering. I am sure there are other mongers here who are more experienced and insights, too.
