I'm pretty sure I paid 15 K or so for a beer in Barra Ejecutiva in Centro maybe a year ago. Of course the girls are less than 1/3 the cost of Gustos but that's for another thread.

The drink prices in Gusto are pricey. They know their clientele and price it out accordingly Beers will run about 15 mil pesos each, cocktails around 35 mil and Bottles service the premium stuff is 180 for Goose and Patron all-inclusive. The VIP Sections are well laid out so if you arrive early, you are ensured a great position it is also recommended to make reservations in advance if you are fanatical about placement as this place packs it out every night of the week.

Completed my second trip to Medellin first week of December. First trip was in July, wrote a couple of reports on that trip. This time went with a couple of buddies and had a blast.

Airbnb.

Stayed at an Airbnb apartment in Laureles, right by Unicentro mall. The location was perfect, walking distance from the Exito within Unicentro, and all the of ATMs and money exchange places. Anytime I took a taxi or Uber, all I needed to tell the driver was to take me to Unicentro. Same thing with the chicas, just told them that I was near Unicentro. Pro tip. Most apartment buildings in Medellin have their address and the building name etched into the front of the building in large letters. I always take a picture of that and a photo of the building and send that to the chicas. It makes it easy for them to find my apartment. I always ask the apartment owner if they allow guests before I book on airbnb. I've never had trouble bringing the girls back to my apartment.

Chicas.

I have built up a list of over 200 friends on facebook, following the advice of some senior members on the forum. I had a much better selection of girls to choose from than my first trip. Most asked for 200 k, but accepted 150 k plus taxi. We had girls visit in the morning and in the evening. The morning girls stayed around an hour, but the evening girls all stayed between 3 and 5 hours. We drank, smoked, ordered food from Rappi, danced and had a good time. Wanted a legit massage and on a recommendation from this forum, decided to check out Do Spa. It's on the bottom floor of a hotel in Poblado. 80 k for a 30 minute massage. They take credit cards. Does anyone here know if the extra is covered within the 80 k massage fee?

Tours.

We did an urban coffee tour of Barrio La Sierra. It was a half day walking tour to go see a family coffee farm, with an English speaking guide. Highly recommend if you have time and are physically fit to do some walking and climbing stairs (about 500 stairs).

We hired a guide with a private car to take us to Guatape. About 2 hours from Medellin. Climbed the rock (700 steps). It was a busy day and took us 40 minutes just to get our tickets. Also walked through the town of Guatape. Beautiful place! Our guide brought us to a sea food restaurant on the lake for lunch. 170 k lunch for 4 people. Food was fresh and excellent. I don't remember the name of the restaurant though. End of the day, our guide dropped us off at Zandalay. Paid him 410 k plus 40 k tips. Highly recommend a trip to Guatape.

We got tested for covid at the airport the day before our trip for 90 k. There is lounge on the second floor of the airport where you can wait for your flight in relative comfort.

Overall, we had a wonderful trip. We had great weather, good food and excellent company. Can't wait to go back. Happy to answer any questions from the community.

Long one incoming LOL. Thanks again to all the people who leave reviews and info here in this thread. After reading these pages I was able to hit the ground running. Medellin was a first for me and a spur of the moment trip. I had a blast and the tinder adventures were a welcomed surprise as I was not intending to use tinder here.

Arrived and leaving the airport after coming out the tunnel we stop at a light and there is a robbery in progress. Two guys on a motorcycle robbing two other men at gun point. As they are riding off someone starts chasing after them with a bat. No shots fired. All good.

My trip was interesting but fun as hell. I'm fortunate to be a well traveled person so I can sense when I need to be even more guarded than usual. I'm used to being a foreigner in a different country so I know how to move accordingly but in Medellin the stares from men lingered a little longer than usual. Full head to toe scans from men in Laureles and in El Poblado nothing overtly hostile just strange. I'm a boxer and I'm built like one so maybe that's it but I don't walk around like a tough guy so I really don't know. I stayed in Laureles at the Factory Lofts through airbnb. Great place and the first 3 guests are free. It then becomes 100 mil for any additional guests. Only thing this place needs is a gym. Unicredit mall was a 10 minute walk away so I used the ATMs there for cash. Everything I needed was a block or two away. Barbers, groceries, ok food options as I found the food here just ok. Ubers were a bit difficult to come by but there were no shortage of yellow cabs to grab in front of the building. No trouble at all finding ubers coming back from El Poblado.

I did not go to LLeras Park or to any casas but next time I will. Tinder kept me busy and all the working girls I researched rocked my world and I dunno but my gut told me to lay low this trip after seeing the robbery and the BS at the bar.

I really was going to just go offline. I don't have anything to gain by posting to be honest, but thinking back this forum has helped me through my many mongering adventures and I believe I have done my fair share of giving back. I had a fat ass guayabo (hangover) by mixing whisky and guaro, so dumb of me, but I drank like I didn't care hehe. The home made sancocho simmered over that big ass pot cooked over fire wood was among the best hangover cure I've ever had. I got seconds, had no shame. Home cooked meals just taste and feel a whole new level. We did the vaca thing where we chipped in for the food and liquor. I live in LA and the best routes are through Miami making it a long trip. Then I checked flights LA to Bogota and found a non-stop flight. It's one hour from Bogota to Medellin and it's $70 round trip. I'm going to take a quick look at the action while I'm in Bogota as a bonus. Check Bogata from your location and see if it helps.

I believe there are also direct flights to Bogota from Houston and Atlanta, probably New York as well.
