Of course, the value you hold in your mind for what you called "hard hitting reporting" and "noise" is mostly subjective opinion and will vary from user to user. The only real opinion that matters on that is that of admin and the moderators. If someone has a "matured" mongering style, I guess you could say I am "set in my ways" without a lot of need for facts and figures, then the "chat" for me is the best and most interesting part of this Web site. To each his own. Don't forget about the Ignore List if that can improve your experience.

I've been really enjoying reading the posts under this thread. The info here will help me with my time in Medellin. I was wondering if some of the most frequent posters would be interested in starting new threads under "Colombia" to share your mongering journey. This thread should be more "report" focused in my opinion. Just a thought, what you all think?

It's funny you said that. I was in Cartagena in January and a friend that was with me took a picture of me while I was talking to a chica. When I got back my brothers saw the picture and their first words were "you went out dressed like that." They have never been to Colombia so they don't know any better, but my response was I'm not trying to impress anybody down there. Heading to Medellin at the end of the month can't wait to get there!

And to most other similar issues. Yes, you can go out not-dressed-to-impress. I do it all the time. My novias have complained about my wardrobe or "uniform" to which I persistently adhere. But when I step it up, they always notice. The chicas are not going to bite the hand that feeds them but the simple facts are illustrated by these hypotheticals:

If you and your identical clone go out side by side except one has dressed noticeably sharper, who do you think the chicas are going to lean towards first?

If you and your identical clone go out side by side and one is willing to tip, pay or give a regalo in appreciation for the chica's company, and the other is looking for freebies, who do you think the chicas are going to choose?

If you and your identical clone go out mongering side by side and one shows a genuine friendly respect for the chicas, and the other treats the chicas like pieces of meat, who do you think is going to get the better service?

If you and your identical clone go out on the prowl, and one has made sure his ear hairs aren't four inches long, his breath isn't bad, his shoe soles are flopping loose, his body odor is in check, and his fingernails are clean, do I really need to explain which clone will be perceived as more desirable?

Both clones will get laid. One is going to have a more qualitative experience, the other more quantitative. You could even argue the more desirable clone might get a better price and terms.

I have not heard this rumor, nor have I ever heard anything about Envigado safety wise, versus various areas of Medellin that aren't safe.

As far as a gun in your face in Poblado, well I have experience with that, but suspect in Envigado there's going to be less of it. What you mentioned in terms of the Cartel putting the word out on the streets, well there are several barrios in Medellin with gangs that make all the residents pay them weekly for I guess what might be considered protection from getting robbed. One of my Chicas told me she has to pay 2,000 Pesos a week not to be messed with. And in a lot of these barrios, the Police don't patrol, or venture into them unless summoned.

No, you are missing the point. If I go to El Centro or Santa Fe, I have to go five times to find one woman I have to repeat with. If I go to La Isla, it is at least one girl per visit. Centro makes sense if I am staying six months or if I do not care about quality. If I am staying a week or so and care about quality, La Isla makes way more sense.

If the going rate is $90 for centro and $230 for La Isla, that is offset by the hotel costs but there is more to it. Once I start networking, I am going to have the La Isla girls staying for longer. They are going to be in a nice room, good bed, shower in hot water, have a functioning thermostat, sunning themselves by the pool, and pigging out on the free breakfast. A lot of the women do not want to go back to their shitty tiny apartments.

So if you add it all up: the time, the Tussi, the scopalamine, the health of the women, the quality of where you are staying, the women wanting to stay at the nice hotel, and the benefit of the hotel points, there really is not a $140 difference between La Isla woman and centro girls. It is way less than that.

And even if there was, the difference over 7 days is $980. That is less than one hour with the hot girl I linked to in the USA. Do you think $980 then matters to a lot of guys? Someone is paying that $1000 an hour. Even the fat pigs are charging $400 an hour in the USA.

If you are there 6 months like you are, that is tens of thousands. It makes sense to invest in Centro and collect a rolodex of hotties. I do not think if you are there a week it does make sense to do Centro unless you want to fuck five women a day. Maybe a guy goes once as a novelty.

FMV (Fair Market Value) for overnight GFE on the open market has not changed since I started mongering in MDE in 2019 at 300 mil COP which is currently under $70 USD. I will probably tip them another 50 mil COP, or 12 bucks USD for a good time, plus another 20 mil COP or under five bucks for taxi. I know, some guys get bothered by parsing it out seperately like that, but in my experience the chicas like it more when you "dance the dance".

Like most things in life, if you know what you're doing, you'll be fine. If you don't, you can create problems for yourself. It's not a "one-size-fits-all" situation. Conspicuous public spending would fall more under the category of what you described, but you didn't specify. Maybe that's what you meant. Depends on your relationships with said chicas.

There are too many variables to make a blanket statement about those risks. Did you happen to just read my previous post about how much money I have wasted on iPhones? You could argue I was gullible, stupid, whatever, I don't care. But I can tell you, I wasn't in any "danger" at any point. Nor was I trying to impress anyone so maybe that's to your point, a little. Let's celebrate finally getting my new Google Pixis 6 phone that was supposed to be here three days ago. I am digital again! The one effect I did not anticipate before my phone arrived was the amount of financial paralysis due to not being able to receive confirmation codes via SMS messaging without a phone and my old phone number. You buy her a "cheap" Samsung for 400 mil COP and tell her if she can hang onto it for one year, you will buy her an iPhone. She does and you do, to the day. She drops the iPhone two weeks after you bought it for off the new Moto she was riding that you also paid for. You repair the iPhone for her at 600.000 mil COP.

That's one reason I hate Apple, repair costs are egregious.

Different chica rolled-up on by two guys on a motorcycle while she sits at Boston Park holding her infant child, and rob her at gunpoint of her iPhone, you replace it with a nice Motorola that costs half a million pesos. One week later she gets robbed at knifepoint to eyeball, and you replace it with another same, iPhone that she still has but now she is not talking to you anymore for other reasons.

Two months later you buy her a used iPhone from one of her friends that she still has.

Same Moto chica from above, shows you her new iPhone that her rich novio from the Domincan Republic bought her. Now she has two iPhone Pro13's. You suggest it might be decent of her to return the iPhone you bought her to you since your old Samsung got stolen by an irate tranny at Ground Zero, and you are using a cheap burner phone that cost 1/10 of what you paid for her iPhone. She says she will sell you the iPhone that you bought for her for what amounted to a 5% discount, jaja.

I know what some of you are thinking (usually several steps ahead). The chicas were making up some of these stories to get phones. For every one of those stories above, multiply it by 10-15 for the number of times chicas tried to get phones out of me, but didn't. So I am not quite as gullible as you may think. Perception is reality and for reasons I won't expand upon, I believed those stories above.

The main point being, beware, it really is a jungle out there for stealing the upper branded phones, particularly, iPhones.

Pearl: From a distance the thieves are looking at the number and size of the lenses on the back of the phone to identify the iPhones for their targets. They make escutcheons or phone cases that have little sliding covers that will hide these lenses that I recommend using.
