Based on the photo I don't want to fuck her. If I wanted to appear as if I have higher standards, I'd have simply done an image search, found out who she was then rated her at whatever level I thought you would rate her. Because the sure-fire way to impress others with your taste is to agree with them.

To add more confusion, I think the girl is attractive. I'd be happy to look at her, but her look isn't sexually enticing to me. As I said before, this forum is about fucking, not looking. Next time clarify the parameters of your experiment.
Your own "simple" rating system is useless for other mongers. Let's say, you went to La Isla on day X, and you want to write a report about it and share your experience. How would you describe the talent on the day you went there, so that other posters or newbies, at least had an idea of the quality (optics) of talent there? It would be something like, hmmm, out of 100 girls, there were a few I would fuck, a few I would maybe fuck, and the rest I would not fuck? Very "informative". And your desire to session with La Isla girl would not only depend on the talent there, but also on other factors. How tired or horny you were, money or budget situation, etc.

You think the girl on the photo was attractive, but still rated her 4 or 5, confusing everybody here. If you don't use 1-10 scale, don't rate the girls according to that scale. Your desire to fuck her has nothing to do with her objective attractiveness.

Also like you mentioned you can get physical if need be, the local shop owners do it all the time and no one gives a fuck. From my experience the junkies are scared of you, I can see the fear in their eyes. They won't just flat out assault you in public even at night. I have spent countless hours in El Centro and no one has ever tried to assault me. If some junkie or homeless person is bothering you a lot just dip into a bar / restaurant / casino they won't be allowed in.
I witnessed an assault on a backpacker en el Centro en broad daylight. None of the pedestrians in the area batted an eye.

That said, I never had a problem en el Centro. But you have to pay attention to what’s around you and take that x3 if it’s after dark

    Too scary of a report

It seems that these days one has to be looking over their shoulder even in Poblado! Too bad. I found Medellin to be a nice city with great weather inhabited by welcoming people and beautiful paisa girls.
I think CaliTexMex is painting a false, scary picture of Medellin. I go there every year for at least 10 years and I never found that city as dangerous as folks here are painting it.

In fact, I just got back to the US early this month after a 2. 5 week stay. I never felt in danger at any time. I did not venture in centro on this trip, but I have on many other trips. IMO, one just needs to exercise caution. Medellin is a fun city, and relatively safe. Definitely safer than Tijuana, Mexico, in my opinion.

There are plenty of tourists in Centro these days. One key difference is that many of them come in groups w tour leaders, and that reduces the risk substantially.

I've wore out 2 pairs of shoes walking around Medellin. I'd guess I've covered more territory than most. Tourists have been assaulted and robbed, or drugged and robbed in Laureles and Poblado, as much or more than in El Centro.

Let's get it straight, El Centro is not for everyone, especially now when it's jam packed with shoppers. If large crowds bother you, or if seeing people sleeping on the street bothers you, you will be uncomfortable. There's a lot of noise and activity, which can be intimidating. There are always guys trying to get you into their store, restaurant or club. There are beggars and people selling everything. And mixed in are people who will pick your pockets if given the chance.

However, it's also vibrant, filled with normal, friendly people. It's the heart of the city and something everyone should experience. Afterwards you can run back to Laureles or Poblado, lock your doors, take a shower and make up stories about how brave you were to stick your hand into the jaws of death.

Certainly there are risks. Just last night I walked out of Grill Nueva Avenida and a guy with a tray of candy started bumping against me. He was trying to distract me so he could slip my phone from my front pocket. I caught him at it, stuffed my phone back and he backed up. No violence or threat to my life. Just a look of fear when I caught him and a look of relief when I didn't start yelling.
I agree. Most visits I'll hit Centro one day or night just to mix things up. Same thing with La Isla and other venues in the city. I don't think most of us use one venue exclusively. A variety of approaches is fun.

I stayed at Boulevard Botero in front of the church on the 2nd or 3rd floor for a month in the window room. Spent 3 months at the hotel (red, white, black) on the side of the church before it changed to ST only rooms. I was on the second floor in the large window room. I can assure everyone that I saw more for more hours than anyone else. You are wrong!

I was with a sweet new girl around age 19 5 different times. Then left Colombia and returned 7 months later and she had new older (30+) friends. She was not worth a shit after her new friends messed her up. One night looking out the window with the lights off I saw her being used as sexy bait to get this drunk guy around the corner of the church so the older girls could rob him. They tried getting in his backpack while the young sexy girl flirted with him. They gave up after 15 minutes. But I guarantee he did not make it home with all his stuff.

Walking around deprecation while you keep your eyes wide open on your sorroundings out of fear is not normal. Knife fights happen there often. I know, one of the few times I was there it happened. Can you provide where you are getting your statistical data that poblado or laureles is more dangerous than el centro? Please share that..
If you're a thief or a local struggling in Medellin, and wanted to target gringos or a group of people that you either despise or know has extra cash, where would you go? It's all over the news, 25 gringo or so killed in Medellin in 2022 alone approx 9 or 10 were violent crimes. None were in centro. All targeted from airport, tinder meets, or el Poblado since that's the concentrated area. Even a headless chicken could understand that logic. Centro is not the safest but as a gringo your not safer in el Poblado. I get harassed by cops all the time in that area to see if I have drugs. Not once in centro. These are facts.

Obviously the rating is on the photo and I can't say whether it is slightly photoshopped, severely photoshopped or not at all and you are quite right the rating in the flesh could possibly go down as well. I have actually seen in the flesh two Miss Universes and one Miss World, one Miss Universe and the Miss World I found very hot and was attracted to. The other Miss Universe was not really my type but she had an amazing body and I could see why people could think her face was really beautiful and I would have no objection to her being rated highly.

Culturally sex is more conservative so you won't see the craziness apparent in locations across East Asia or Europe. El Centro area may provide a more toned-down version of Bangkok for certain individuals. If you're obviously an expat this is not the best advice.

Safety was the biggest concern by far spending a few weeks in Medellin. If you're a white guy you will stand out in a bad way. I did have some minor scuffles in my stay from very aggressive junkies after the sun set. If you are not in very good shape and sober with at least workable Spanish I would not recommend going out alone in Medellin, something I did the entire trip. Everyone from locals to larger middle-aged black American guys thought I was unwise coming alone. I always had a concern any time I was out in public anywhere in the city at any time. My astuteness and aggressive defense when junkies tried to get close I think kept me safe from a stabbing or other robbery attempt. Locals agreed it is acceptable to physically threaten street trash of which I had to do a few times, unfortunately. If you're not ready to throw hands or kicks or run at a moments notice Medellin is not the best place for a solo foreign traveler. Strolling around border towns in the evening in Mexico is a walk in the park compared to this city.

I'm not sure about ever returning, at least solo, outside of a need for a quick romp trip. The location is ideal if a US citizen is located near a major international transit hub into Latin America. For a quick trip you can stomp through several girls in short order and make a quick flight back home. Prices are unbeatable in most places across the world for the quality, to my knowledge and experience. It's not nearly as fun as any other known destination, including Tijuana, as it's difficult to enjoy with all the robberies and druggings going on.
Thanks for summing up el centro, Medellin. Very accurate, truthful and well written.

Of course you will have guys that are blinded by sex addiction that can't or won't see it that way.

Nothing and no one will change their mongering mentality.

"see I made it, and so can you!

"they only stole my fake wallet".

"its the cost of doing what we do".

    "its only a flesh wound".

There are so many choices but its difficult to choose.

    My requests:

    - max $60 a night.

    - safe / security.

    - girlfriendly.

    - Laureles.

    - 3/4 star.

    - some view will be nice (terrace not needed).

Also if anyone goes there in February / March / April, let me know. Would be nice to hit El Centro together to get some numero de telefonos.
San Peter Apartments sounds like what you're after. Very chica friendly, no joiner fee, and right in Laureles. Stay on a higher floor to avoid the worst of the surrounding noise.

Just be advised, it's Colombia, not the USA 3/4 star accommodations there are a shade more basic.

A few of my friends went semi pros. They told me there is a bunch of mexican guys recruiting Medelland girls. Kicker is that these mexican guys only want them for more than 2 months and after that they get new girls. They can come back after 2 months.

I am always happy to see my friends and I like to think they are happy to see me too. Happy to share their contact info. I feel terrible that I can only see them once or twice because of work.
Any contact info you would greatly appreciated, sent you an inbox also.

It wasn't a good experiment. As I've stated before I use a simple rating system. Do I want to fuck her? If someone insists I convert a Boolean scale to a numeric scale, then they are likely only getting a 4, 5, or 6 (I don't want to fuck her, maybe, or I think I want to fuck her).

When a girl is looking up at me with my cum dribbling down her chin, I don't wonder what you thought of her blowjob skills. When I'm mid plunge into a tight pussy, I don't ask myself if you would think it's tight or loose. When she walks out my door I don't fret over whether or not you find her attractive. I fuck simply for my pleasure, not to try and impress anyone else.

I did a similar, although I cringe to call it an experiment, a couple of years ago. I posted pics of 5 or 6 girls I knew. Some guys wanted to know where I found them. Some called them ugly or said they wouldn't fuck them for free. The difference? Guys who dislike me disliked the girls. Guys who liked me, or had no opinion, liked the girls.

To add more confusion, I think the girl is attractive. I'd be happy to look at her, but her look isn't sexually enticing to me. As I said before, this forum is about fucking, not looking. Next time clarify the parameters of your experiment.
