I am not disputing that everything you write has happened to you, but it is not correct. Earlier this year, I gave a cellphone I bought on ebay to a friend and she registered it. I gave her a picture of the receipt from ebay, but I don't know if she needed it. The only identification on the receipt was the manufacturer and model. I registered my cellphone and all I needed was a copy of my passport.

I think the reason for requiring registration is to curtail the thief of cellphones. Once a phone has been reported stolen, it can't be registered by another person.

Is a factura, it shows proof of purchase. So if you try to register one without that receipt / factura. Good luck. But do you know how many phones I have without a receipt. . sometimes it just pays for me to not post. Without your receipt / factura, it will be impossible to register a outside the country phone. Without a cédula, forget registering the phone at all! Pollo negro is out!

Playing with the idea of coming to Medellin, Bogota or my usual destination Pattaya in December. Never been to Colombia before but I decided to tinder plus into the 2 stated cities and damn those girls look fine. My question is: would you recommend a solo trip to one of those cities for 2 weeks or should I stick with Pattaya?

I wouldn't mind Pattaya honestly but I am slowly getting bored of Asian girls and want to try something new.

My absolute priority would be to go for young 8+ kinda girls. Think that is a realistic expectation?

Personally, I prefer Latinas over Asians in looks. If I was blind-folded, performance in bed from the Colombianas and the Asians is similar. There are good and not-so-good in both cultures. There are plenty of young ladies available in Colombia. An 8+ can only be determined by your own eyes.

For me, if everything in the two places was equal, I would look at travel time. If you decide on Colombia, I suggest the first week in Medellin and the second in Bogota.

To each, his own, but I know Pattaya and I prefer Medellin (and Bogota, too) much more than Pattaya. I prefer Latinas anyway, but if you say you're getting bored, why no try something new? The scene in Medellin is amazing: the women are much more sensuous in my experience, much more varied as far as looks, and it's a world-class city to boot. You should have no problem finding 8+ girls no matter what your personal scale is, and Tinder is only the (most expensive, least effective) tip of the iceberg here.

I have so much to write about but so little time. In a nutshell:

Came here for 5 days. Banged 5 chicks. Due to a budget and unforeseen costs I had to limit the amount of leches I had. 2 Facebook chicks and 3 casa girls. I did several rounds on Veracruz but none really caught my eyes and honestly most looked down right dirty (just my opinion! Facebook girl #1 was a 6 but great attitude. Paid 80 k with video. Facebook #2 paid 100 k with video. Was easily a 9. Surprised she had a kid. Easily hottest mom I ever encountered, could never tell she had a baby and was relatively tight. Back to the hotel. I would not recommend hotel San Fernando plaza in El Poblado. To my point above, they charge 89 k for any additional person not registered when you check in. That was more than my room alone!

I beg to differ. You say that as if they get their start in the big leagues. Nobody goes from playing stickball in their backyard straight to the major leagues. While others have disagreed, I have said time and time again that chicks in Pattaya, Thailand will start off at the $30 Soi 6 places that most guys go to and say all the chicks are undesirable. From there they move up the ladder to other venues.

The other day one regular poster said that he went into one of the most expensive places and saw a chick working there that he had fucked at one of the cheap places a couple years back.

But you would recommend the used rental car lot route? Wait until many people have rented them and dogged them out, then pick them up in the more popular venues when they are overpriced.

I've fucked her before when she worked at Route 69 bar on soi 6.

In Aug-17, I bought a Claro chip in Bogota from a small store in Chapinero for 10 k pesos. I did not have to register the chip, or show any ID whatsoever. I used that same chip on my second phone, an unblocked Motorola Moto E, on 4 separate trips to Colombia in the last 12 months. Not only did the chip not expire, the data package from my prior trip carried over on each new trip. My trips were spaced about 90 days apart.

In June of 17 my roommate broke her phone and Movistar told her repair would take 2 weeks. Went with her to Jumbo, picked up a new SIM, which was registered in her name, took it back to the apartment and stuck it in my old Motorola GSM phone. Worked fine. In August I broke my S7 edge. Went back to Jumbo, bought a new Claro SIM, to replace the Movistar SIM she had bought, took it home and stuck it in the Motorola and it worked no problem. Two weeks later I bought a Huawei Mate 9, which has 2 SIM slots. Put my old T Mobile SIM in one and my Claro SIM in the other. It continued to work fine on either SIM until I left at the end of March this year. The Motorola sat until February when a chica with a broken phone took it and put her Tigo SIM in it. It was still working 6 weeks later.

I confess, I don't know anything about cellphones in Colombia. I just know what worked for me.

If you stay at the Mansion you don't need to know Spanish. The women know why you are there. It is a gringo spot, the services are generally ok, But, from my understandng most of the girls there want 200 K to 250 K for a single pop. I will let someone else confirm that. I went there for a night once years ago just out of curiosity. I will not return as I found it to be overpriced and if you can speak Spanish, you have no reason to stay there.

Was at the Mansion in August. Pricing varied from 180 to 250 COP or more, the lamer the gringo the more the girl makes. And the gringo needs to be entirely clear what he wants before walking into the bedroom with her or could end up disappointed. First visit to the Mansion since last year. The policia appeared on a number of occasions while there (a new development). Two types of cops, the neighborhood beat types out to shoot the shit and check out the babes and collect there tu sabes, and the other type of police all business looking for [CodeWord902] girls. People from the adj buildings call police occasionally to report suspicious activity. All it takes is one slip up for the whole place to come crashing down, along with everyone in it. So my cellphone will be useless in Colombia, once I leave the country and return unregistered after 30 days and I can't registered it online. What if you buy from another company? You are also speaking of Claro, I imagine it is another cell company. Is that a work around for blocked phones or just easier to keep online?

Number but I have ran into someone in Centro who does & they changed the IEMI number on my phone & it now works without any problem. Now if I can pay him to sell me the program or teach me how he did it! Pollo negro is out!

Foreigners cannot register phones in Colombia without a Cedula. End of story. I have my Colombian cellphone registered to my Colombian girlfriend's name, I've had too many phones blocked over the last 8 months. So far, I've been using claro recently and I've been able to keep the phone on with the same number for the last months, I still receive text messages telling me to register the phone or risk having the phone blocked. I know the cell phone business in Colombia up, down, round, & inside out. Have deep pockets & patience if you want to enter that game. Imagine, if unauthorized persons in Colombia bought a shipment of cellphones and just turned them on, it would counter set the cellphone market and make police job incredibly hard. In an effort to stop this from happening, if you do not register the phone in 30 days, the cellphone companies block the entire phone. Another hurdle, if you bring a phone into Colombia from somewhere else, in order to register it, you will need a factura. Good luck getting one for under $80 mil pesos. The alternative to this is going into an official Tigo, Claro, Movilstar office & buy a phone directly from them, then they know the phone is good, it will be registered right then and there and the Colombian government will have fleeced you just like they do the Colombians. Do I know anything about phones in Colombia? Huh, you can bet your bottom dollar I do. Plus when you register the phone officially, you leave the office & 4 hours later your phone may or may not work, especially if it came from outside of Colombia. What do I do? I bring a different unlocked phone with the box everytime I come to Colombia, & before I leave, I sell the phone for $300-$400 mil pesos. Just make sure you have a Samsung or Old iphone, Colombians will buy them hands down. Pollo negro is out!

I've seen it again and again, the hotter Centro casa girls graduating to places like Energy or Loutron. Two Venezuelan friends I've known for a year recently moved from a Centro strip club to Fase Dos. Can be hard to bring yourself to pay three times as much for the same girl that may not look quite as good as the life takes it's toll.

Have also seen the same in San Jose, Costa Rica with the move from the MPs to the Del Rey.

Same girl, triple the price though in this case some go back and forth daily.
