Does anyone know anywhere in Medellin, preferably in El Poblado where I can get a full panel blood health check up done and also a physio who speaks English? Having trouble with my shoulder / trap when doing any kind of incline pushes.

Since I live in Laureles I don't know much about Poblado, but figured I'd send you both my recs in case you wanted to hit 'them.

You try taking some time off incline pressing? Or switching from barbell to DB? I've done a lot of PT in the past for shoulder stuff and now press from the floor with dumbbells with a lot less pain. Maybe worth a shot.

Flying in tomorrow have so much fb snatch lined up I'm going to need three ducks. How do you get them down to 150 mil. I keep getting 200 k. Can't to get some cheap in el centro. Your post is garbled. Hard to understand. But if you are saying that you agree to 200 and then are planning to pay 150 mil COP. Watch out. There are a ton of reasons why you shouldn't do that but they would be wasted on the type of person who would do that, so I'll save my breath. Let's put it this way, think of your own personal safety. The direct example I gave was the hidden type. Therefore, I'd be concerned that showing a SW a picture of herself and a colleague would come off like I was a blackmailing detective and would send creepy vibes.

My thoughts are a blend of both opinions. If the sexy black girl is there with no sign of sexy Latina, I'll chat her up, partake in her services AND buy the info from her. Win win win. How much were you paying in Guadalajara?

I was paying the equivalent of $125 to $200 in Mexican pesos. One girl asked for $250 and she wouldn't budged from that when I countered with $200. Medellin is so ridiculously inexpensive in comparison. I had a 19 year old girl this afternoon who provided Bbbj and FS for $65!

I flew into Medellin from Guadalajara hoping to have at least a decent experience with the SA girls in this city and enjoy some nice restaurants, as well as some nice weather.

First, my 2 favorite restaurants in Parque Lleras no longer exist! Al Rojo and Baslica are 2 shelled buildings with empty spaces. I have gone to a couple of cool restaurants, Oci.mde and Botanico. The vibe there was pretty good and the food was great. I also have gone to a Korean restaurant, 678 Korean Barbecue, which was average. Their selection of banshan was pretty limited, unlike what you would expect in the US, plus they only give 3 per selection of meat. Another good restaurant that I would recommend is the Mexican restaurant in the new Amsterdam Plaza called La Santa Guadalupe. They are open fairly late compared to the rest of the restaurants near Tesoro Mall.

The hotel I am staying in is the LaQuinta Hotel, which is girl friendly and inexpensive at about $50 a night. Their pool is open, along with the gym. They also include a free breakfast buffet in the bill. It is located in Las Palmas, so if you are into going to Fase Dos or Las Isla, it is a good location. A Carulla is about a couple of blocks away if you need wine and other groceries for the girls, if you are interested in entertaining them as part of your meet and greet. Also there is a decently priced Peruvian restaurant next to the building, along with a Smart Fit that charges about $18 a month. With regards to the weather, it has been awful, with rain on a daily basis. An Uber driver told me that winter usually begins around this time of year. Well coming from Guadalajara, I was hoping it would be sunnier but it has not been the case.

The Seeking girls in Medellin are way cheaper than Guadalajara! The most I have paid is $100. They have ranged from $65 to $100. Most have gone to my room with no problem. There were 2 who broke off the dates, a 19 year old brand new member and another that I had met a year ago. One girl, who goes by Herliana, is bilingual and is a squirter. She asked for $92 per date and ours have lasted for a couple of hours both times. Only 2 girls have provided BBBJ, a 19 year old girl who goes by Ana Sofia and one who goes by Dulcem, who has been the most expensive so far at $100. I have 2 more dates lined up today, so hopefully that amount will increase.

So in terms of price Medellin beats Guadalajara by a mile. However, I have not yet met a Colombian who is as kinky as the Mexican girls that I met in Guadalajara. So in terms of service, I give more kudos to Mexican women. They are definitely more caliente than their fellow Latinas. Hopefully I will find one like them here in Medellin before I go back to Guadalajara.

If you go around flashing pictures, it will be assumed you were the one that made the secret pictures and you are liable to end up in a hospital suffering from a well beat ass.

I suggest walking around the area to see what is there available at the moment and leave the fantasies of what you saw on your computer screen back at your house where there are not thousands of available women to choose from.
