You can make it clear to them that the taxi and tip are one in the same. Or you can separate it. I would refuse tip before I refuse taxi. They really do see the ride home as an extra expense not included in their charge. Even my "free" regular girls always ask me for taxi. If a girl likes you or knows you she will cover the cost of taxi getting to you, but then ask you to pay her back. The "normal" is for her to message you when she arrives, and expect you to run down and pay the driver. If they are being straight up with you, then they should be more than happy to accept an Uber or Didi ride home from you, which will invariably be cheaper.
