In fact a bunch of them told me about how big a problem party culture, tussi etc was in Medellin and how they'd never do that. I suspect some were telling me what they thought I wanted to hear based on what I told them about myself and my questions. I do keep some rum, beer, and snacks on hand but have never had things go too crazy with sloppy drunk chicas. But to each their own and do what makes you happy.
