Most of the "casas" are opened 10:00 AM to 8:00 P.M ! But there are lots of "Streap Joints" where you can get some action ! But with your tight schedule it's going to be kind of hard, specially if you're staying anywhere near the Airport which is about 45 mnts. from Medellin!

I have not found anything in Bello in all the time I spent there. I enjoy the time I spend there but I would love to know of a spot so I do not have to hit up el central or other areas.

I haven't made it out of Thailand yet, but I'm interested in Bello. I've read reports that Parque Bello is a nice place to chill out. What is Bello like as a city/suburb? Is it a nice place, how are the restaurants, would it be a good place to live? I read that 'the poorer people live to the north' in Medellin, but it didn't actually call the area a favela. Is Bello higher/lower than Medellin?

Wikipedia said there were 350, 000 people in Bello, that must provide a lot of opportunities.

Hey amigos, most of the chicas that come from Bello are NOT going to prostitute themselves out in Bello.

Bello is fun to hang out in. The park is nice.

It's not the place to go looking for PFP though.

I've hung out in a couple of the tavernas there, basically where chicas hang out to dance with you and keep you company, but not sex per-se.

I've befriended a couple here and there and met up afterwards but it's not a haven to meet beautiful pros.

You can't count Bello because it is not part of Medellín proper. It is around the 10th or 11th largest city in Colombia by population. But there are foxes in Bello.

In my opinion, the de greiff/parque de bolivar area of MDE is way underrated. Sure, it's totally hit and miss but there are some real gems to be had. It can be hard to get chicas back to your hotel (assuming you're also staying in the center) but once you do their performance gets much better. There are so many options that I rarely make it out to Mayorista in Itagui during my stays in MDE. Below are photos of Yohanna who can be found sometimes across the street from El Faro Bar. I've known her for a few years now. She has some flaws yet she is cool to chill with and is invaluable for her ability to connect you with more like-minded chicas.

Around 1 am a few weeks ago I was doing my thing in de greiff when I felt a tap on my shoulder. It was a cop who summoned me over to his van. I expected the worse. He said something to the effect of "Don't you know this area is dangerous? " I answered in the affirmative and told him I always remained alert. He then brushed me off. It probably didn't help that I was holding a bottle of aguardiente antioqueño. I think I caught the cop's attention as I was surrounded by a few girls. Little did he know most of them were previous acquaintances.

The quality of the chicas in the grills/shows/tabernas/bars of this area is on a slight downward trend. The strip shows are downright pathetic. Conejitas and Grill Occidental seem to have fallen off the most.

Speaking of Conejitas, did anyone see Anthony Bourdain's show on the Travel Channel when he was standing in the Parque Berrio right in front of Conejitas?

The quality of the chicas in all the casas to the east of the parque de bolivar is also down a bit. The lineups just aren't the same as they were a few years ago. Zandalay and Kamasutra 1 and 2 are particularly bad.

A late night club has opened in El Bosque called La Gruta del Hierro. It's down the street from a love motel of the same name. Most young taxistas will know it. Chicas start arriving around 2:30 am and by 3:30 am there are 20-30. Pilsens are 5, 000 and on-site service goes for no less than 60, 000. The "salida" is between 10, 000 and 20, 000. This place is similar to La Manzana and not advisable for those who haven't spent considerable time in MDE.

Tung listed the Dali Hotel on one of his lists at Cra. 45 50-59. I thought this was a hotel that turns into a "casa" later in the night. On a Sunday night around 8 pm no chicas had arrived. Another night there was only 1 chica by 9 pm. I was quoted 40, 000 for 45 minutes. Later on I found out this is another "amanecedero", a good place to chill with chicas until dawn.

Someone needs to report on the substantial number of "casas" in Bello. Does anyone deny that Bello produces the greatest quantity of beautiful women in MDE?

Anyway, I'm just back from Medellin, stayed at the Castillo, didn't get robbed, Gracias a Dios.

Fun times as usual, typical run to the casas, had fun at New Life and a couple other places.

Hit the Mayorista a few times. I bought about 15 chicas dinner at the little hot dog grill. That was fun, it really was.

Stopped by the Mansion a few times. Definitely had some beautiful sweethearts hanging out there.

Saw a couple chicas there that I'd met before they became Mansion visitors.

Most of the time, actually all the times I visited the Mansion, the chicas were all sitting around looking bored to death, with a several gringos sitting there straring at them, not saying a word.

These chicas were starving for interaction. Not just sex for $$ but for conversation, you could feel it.

I walked into the pool area where they were sitting, singing most likely in a horrible voice, some romantic salsa ballad and introduced myself individually to all of them and made jokes.

I could feel all of these chicas giving me the "please pick me look"

I had them diggin' me like these girls will.

Sounds egotiscal but I'm not trying to sound that way at all.
