every time i've stayed at the cb1 or 2, over the years, there have always been guys showing up and wanting to hang out and meet the chicas, usually being turned away due to not being a guest.

also, there are almost always chicas that are not selected by guests and would love to meet other guys.

I totally like the idea and everyting you said. The onlly hold back would be the 40-50k pesos cover charge. A 10-20k pesos cover is reasonable. That's what all the clubs, including Aqua in La Estrada to Mangos and Fase ll charge to keep the trash out. I like the idea and I'm sure Bob will be smart about the cover charge. I would go myself at the above suggested cover charge and would reccommend it to my guests. Everything you said sounds good and I "know" the girls can be flexible according to chemistry.

I think it's a great idea. I have my My Place, but I have always talked highly about The Mansion, if you have the money. I'm not to kin on some of Aussie's comments on this board, but we all know that his just a big brute from down yonder that sometimes forgets his manners when he speaks. But other than that he's ok and runs a good business on the high end. So all in all, if you get the cover charge straight and are reasonable with the beer and liquor prices I think it would be a great idea. Good luck!

Why would anybody pay $40-$50K just go go into your bar to pick up a prepago? Off the top of my head there are 10 different Mongering Options Available to them with out "tax". Por Ejemplo: Mayorista get's you a cuttie for an hour for your proposed entrance fee, Fase Dos / Luna Luares / San Diego if I remember correctly all have lower door charges (Granted there is no take out fee) , the casas, CB 1n2 and at night clubs.

If you're already at CB1 o CB2 why split the girls with the general population? Wouldn't that ruin the exclusive selection of cutties for the fellas staying at the spots? Are you going to have a separate pool of girls that only are available for guests? Only certain girls can go into the bar?

Last time I was in LDV there was no admission charge and I don't think they had a gawker problem.

Of course I am a firm believer in capitalism, so it may work out. Also a good reason to stay at CB1 or 2, as that gives you a free pass.

Myself I will have to sit my butt at a table in Mayorista and drink my 2K beer while I am looking for the fabled diamond in the rough for 30K.

The new litle club will be meant to be a place to come pick up freelancers, like a mini-LDV, just with earlier operating hours, and will feature a bar and a place to get some light meals.

He tells me the place will not be for Colombianos per se, but for gringos really and Colombianos that pay the admission can of course enter.

Gringos staying at the CB1 and 2 admission free and the general public will pay an admission to keep out the gawkers who come only to nurture a beer for 4 hours and watch the chicas only.

He's thinking 40-50K peso entrance for general public, but undecided still.

Still waiting for word for the license, maybe opening in a couple or few weeks.

Hey guys, I don't think 40-50k pesos will work. I was going to do something like that on the Terrace at My Place for $10 (20, 000cop) cover charge, bring your own boose and the girls would be there, I think that was reasonable. But 40-50k pesos, I don't think you'll have too many takers, not even me. You pay 15-20k pesos cover at Fase ll and San Diego Grill and you get to see a whole lot of "naked" pussy dancing around. Why pay more to see a bunch of clothed ladies that will probably charge more than Fase ll and San Diego Grill. You guys are going to have to be more reasonable if you want it to work and not be just another Dead End Club like The Dollhouse. But that's just my humble opinion.

He's starting up a new bar here in Medellin and it's going to be in the garage at Hotel Casa Blanca Medellin 1.

He's working on the paper work now, designs and if Marcy takes up the position, she will be the bar manager.

We hope that the bar will be able to extend out the front of the garage a few meters and out one side and even maybe through the back wall to the swimming pool.

The hours of operation will probley be 2. 00pm to 11. 00pm and be open to all persons, not only the guests of CB 1 and 2, even Colombians.
