Posts: 11I am ready for the fun to start
I finally made it to Medellin, I didn't have any problems in the airport only line I waited in was for the cambio. Love all the round about driving here. Got my sim card for my phone, got some snacks for when the ladies come over. Now it is time for the adventure to begin. Curious if any one wants to meet up? I am staying in Parque LLeras, is it true there is a lot of SW activity here?

No, too hot and humid!
I live in Medellin because of the weather but I do have Panama residency.

To be more specific about the streetwalker areas: start at Iglesia Vera Cruz on the Plaza (Cr. 52), go along the side of the iglesia to (CL 51) down to (Cr 53) Cundinamarca. Right along Cundinamarca. Go a block to DeGreiff (CL 53) turn left one block to Cucuta. Can't miss the action.
As I and others have said before, its not safe around there at night, don't recommend going there then.

Posts: 500The SWs are at calle 30,33 and 40 . Gets dicier as the numbers increase. 30 you will find cleaner girls, 33 you will find a mix of "healthy" ones and glue huffers, 40 is the wild west. There are some gems to be found, but don't be surprised if on any given night it is dead.
The SWs at the bottom of Maracaibo and going across like Cra 50 or whatever, you can find them in the day, many on Sundays. I have never partaken. At night that area may have SWs, I have no idea. There are some strip bars (Conejas being the biggest) but most of them have lousy facilities and maybe two doable girls if you are lucky.

The area is a nest of punks and professional thieves. All gringos I know got robbed. Usually 5-10 kids attack a guy from his back, and nobody stop them.

hey,
so i'm kinda rushing and getting my trip ready.
you guys probably know this already. never dawned on me. but certain video chat web sites which i guess i can't mention on here. are packed with colombian girls. mostly medellin.
i got 4 numbers in 20 minutes. and a strip show. kinda nice to know what expect. hear their voice. exchanged emails / contacts / what's up. and 2 of them are so very hot. one is a single mom and is asking me about what we are going to do all week. money was never discussed. i'm sure it wil be brought up. either in form of dinner / money / dancing / drinks. whatever. but they are hot! man. fuck that, i'm moving to medellin.
you guys know that. but i figure i throw that out there. all legit, none ****.
so battle plan is staying in el poblado. hook up with girls i met online. or nonpros i see around the area. with periodic excursions to mayoritsa / centro casas. and a cautious recon of centro street 53.

I fly out tomorrow afternoon from DC and get to Medellin that evening.
I think I'm going to stick with Poblado, found a decent apt right near the cafes, restaurants.
Typically how much is a taxi to one of the centro casas or a drive around the area with the SW?
I figured I may even just hit Mayorista for a day or 2 and just get one of those love hotel night deals for a change of pace. Since its pretty cheap.
Thank you

To get your bearings on the layout of the city, I suggest taking the Turibus Tour. It starts at the Parque Poblado at 9 am and 1 pm. It last around three hours. Tel: 371 50 54. www.turibuscolombia.com.
You can still stay in Poblado and take the bus, metro or taxi anywhere you want to go. Mayorista is down the hill from there. The metro is great, but can get crowded. Most of the action is in the Centro area.
See map.

The SWs in the 53rds are out in the day time. You can walk around with no problem. Just be careful at night.

Posts: 60Yeah, not much in Poblado, including SWs.
For SW in Centro, start at the Iglesia Veracruz and head west. You'll start seeing lots of SW as you go around the block and end up at the Botero Plaza. But also sprinkled with sniffers and jailbait.
Just 1 block north, on Calle 53, you should also see plenty of SW between Cundamarca and Cucuta.
