I would buy a 3 pack of chocolate bars (Casino brand) from Carulla for about $3-$4 dollars and give one to a girl I liked or repeated with as a treat. What girl doesn't like chocolate? The girls were excited to receive it and became more enthusiastic. Most of these girls don't shop at Carulla so they don't know it's cheap. I wasn't giving out chocolate bars to everyone. This process was beneficial, Troya and Paisas club girls would head to my nearby hotel (1 block away) before their shift for a more relaxed session. I abhor that knock on the door at the clubs.

We have been under a draconian quarantine since mid March. The Economist Magazine and others have given Medellin praise for its handling of the virus. I haven't been following it too closely but I think I've seen headlines in the local press that the peak will happen in July / August, but since our boarders are closed until at least September, hopefully it won't be too bad. Medellin seems to be doing better than other parts of the country. That being said, self quarantines for tourists when they are allowed into the country might be in place.
Maybe we really are getting back to normal. I can't remember the last time this happened. Fifteen minutes into the nightly Caracol 7 PM news and there has been no mention of coronavirus yet. The big lead stories are the ex Governer of Antioquia's legal woes, Generals gone rogue, and riots in USA.

Actually, we've been through this subject. I think the coronavirus risk associated with making your way to Centro is right up there with the risk of partaking there. In Blakman's report he mentioned a girl he was with in his apartment that he saw when he visited Centro. I happen to know that is not a unique or even very unusual situation. All the same, here we are stressing about how much more virus risk there is in Centro.
Let's pretend Blakman did not see what I'm sure I'm not the only one to know is true. Let's pretend there is no possibility a Lleras / Gustos / Tiner / facebook girl you summon to your apartment for whatever cost would take public transportation or come into contact with someone who does, or use a taxi that hundreds of other people use all day, or live in a crowded barrio, or party at a clandestine nightspot without wearing a mask or dousing herself in disinfectant. Let's pretend all of that and then ask ourselves if we are or if we were in Europe or the US or wherever would we really be locked in our houses with duct tape on all the doors and windows.
I don't remember who it was but back in March just after the quarantine was announced somebody said they were glad they were in the US because of worries about civil unrest. That didn't age well. Meanwhile, here in Medellin, all shopping centers are authorized to reopen subject to the "health precautions" that are less strict every day. See the photo for a feel of what Centro looks like now. It is the infamous Opera Mall on Maracaibo and Palace, where stolen cell phones and computers are parted out and resold. There and at other places of business (including casas) the health measures have become props in the theater of virus prevention. A security guy takes your temperature and squirts disinfectant on your hands, then asks you to step into a pedicure style tray of disinfectant to wet the soles of your shoes. I'm told the Poblado malls are more strict..
I couldn't agree with you more, except on one point. What's happening, both in Medellin, and in many parts of the USA since the lock-downs, is that there are a lot people who are just totally fed-up and have had enough of the Pandemic, and are just saying "screw it", or "whatever", and just want things to return to normal. As far as not overdoing anything upon returning, well that's not going to happen.
El Centro, and other populated areas, would be risky area even without a contact with working girls. The area is highly-populated, the people are highly interactive for commercial activities, and they lack education and information about social-distancing. You would want to be careful especially if you are old, diabetic and / or overweight.

Hopefully you won't have to worry about starting another shit show here, but perhaps you and can share a little more on the correlation of altitude and UV light. I read this somewhere else, but it was inconclusive, and as your aware Bogota is at a higher altitude then Medellin, but isn't faring as well but that could be based on other reasons. As far as vitamins, I recently read an article that consuming Vitamin K was help-full but am confused in your post about which "Vitamin" and deficiency.
So here's the question I have for you, whether the altitude helps, and so do the vitamins, if a girl is infected, how are these two factors going to reduce transmission if neither party are wearing N95 respirators.

It has been brought up before. It is definitely a concern for those that are worried about the virus here in Medellin. The military has been in certain barrios recently to enforce social distancing and prevent people from affecting other areas.

I'm pulling your leg most of the time, and have seen a lot of weird stuff in El Centro, and it has evolved and changed over the years. The biggest change has been the influx of Venezuelans over the past three years. Everything I have posted about existing in El Centro is true, except any inference of course that you would partake in any of the Hippos or She-males or other undesirable Chicas there!
On a more serious note, I, like you, am concerned about being exposed to the virus in El Centro when I return hopefully this Fall. Lot's of the girls that work the area live in barrios in cramped quarter's, ride the buses into town, are hanging outside exposed to countless people, and are in and out of hotel rooms, so it makes sense that the odds of being exposed are going to be higher than one on one encounters with Chicas like you have been doing at your apartment which is a safer bet, at least numbers wise, versus pulling them off the streets in El Centro.
This is a dilemma for me, it is for you, and others moving forward, especially for those who frequent El Centro. I, and other mongers I know are getting fed up with all of this pandemic crap and are about to throw caution to the wind.
