Is Medellin even worth going to anymore? From all the insane stories of scolp to more thefts and crime I can't for the life of me see any reason anyone goes here anymore. I've heard the chicas are now as entitled as American women and demand like $200 for 90 minutes and they act like divas. I could fuck hotter ones in Spain for that price what the fuck. Plus all of the simps that came here during the pandemic ruined it by sending these girls money and paying ridiculous quotes. It's obvious a few here on this forum have gone native down there in Medellin. A hundred tourists could get robbed, drugged and killed and Medellin still isn't that bad. My "wife" is from a third world country and when I go to visit her family we have to watch out how we move, what neighbourhoods we visit, and at what time of the day, can't leave the house after a certain time, etc. The whole day revolves around security and it's fucking exhausting. After a week of that shit I can't wait to come home to Toronto. Why anyone of us would choose to visit Medellin for a vacation now, while there is clearly an organized group of criminals specifically targeting our group (mongers) is obvious. Let's just call it what it is, it's total and complete desperation. I realize I'm being judgemental and my situation in terms of bitches is better than most, but it still has to be said. Last thing, I wonder how many of these so called Medellin vets are moving the same way as my girls family. Just basically stuck in one spot never venturing out here or there, always watching their back and the like. That is a fucking prison cell. I'm not saying all are moving like that but I'm willing to bet a lot of them are. The fact that our society in North America has made it so inhospitable to men is what I'm most upset about. The fact that some would rather risk their own safety to fuck a ***** than stay home speaks volumes. There are other spots where you can happily monger without worrying about this bullshit that's going on in Medellin (Cartagena, Dominican Republic (the whole country not just Sosua) Brazil, Mexico, Costa Rica, Thailand, Europe, etc. Sorry for the rant. Then go to Spain. See how easy that was. In less than the time it took you to write your post, you could have booked a flight and found a place to stay.

This works for any place in the world. If you don't want to go there and would rather go somewhere else, just go where you want to go. There's no reason to come here and list all the reasons why you would rather go somewhere else. I just got back from there and had a blast during my 2 week stay. I'm not sure where you are finding these $200 girls, must be Gusto's and I would suggest getting them somewhere else. I did not pay more than $65 for anywhere between a couple of hours to overnight. Getting Scoped is from being stupid and putting yourself in that situation. I have spent quite a bit of time down there and love the Colombian women, most are awesome to spend time with and are not Divas in any means.

We have huge inflation all over the world, not just in Colombia. So no it's not much cheaper than Spain anymore, I can see how top shelf girls in Medellin can get $200+.

So how much would the same girl be getting in Spain where the cost of living is higher? If it ain't 5 times more than the $200 you say they get in Medellin then something is off. Why would chicks go work in a far off foreign land where the cost of living is higher, in order to make the same money? I don't know if my opinion will help but I just wanted to share.

I am kind of in the same mindset but here in Greater Seattle area the "talent" is absolute shit, grannies in the AMP's, super entitled hoes on the blade that charge an arm and leg and give shit performance, odor, pimp shenanigans, the list goes on here in pussy prison. I was so sick of the talent here (or lack there) that I went to Cartagena in Sept 2022 for a week and man it was soooo good and haven't partaken in any services at home since I came back to save up. I went alone, and was safe but at times didn't feel safe like in some of the dark streets leading to my hotel. Granted I took precautions I Ubered everywhere (no problems and cheap), I took the girls to my room and kept my eye on them, didn't drink at all with them, and just banged them. I came across only one bad experience as far as smell and service but all the other chicas I was with were great I even had fun with hot 20 year old that I still think about it hahaha. I am honestly addicted to the atmosphere there, girls in bikinis where I could approach them near Stall 4 on the beach (I think? Walk around the street with latinas in tight dresses. I was able to meet some fine ass women.

That being said I hear you. I really want to go to Medellin because of what I am reading here and seeing on youtube, la isla, casa, etc. But I share your concerns about the getting scoped.

I am currently researching going to Rio or Medellin, I feel like you can find some hot younger girls in Medellin in the parques and el centro but hey I may be wrong. At this point its between Rio, and Medellin. I may pull the trigger for March. The only reason why I haven't pulled the trigger yet is the safety.

Just go man! Trust me! I thought just like you and now I'm happy I went. I'm actually going go back before the summer and I regret not staying longer this pass trip. Just keep your eye on your drinks, or better off. Don't drink around a chica, especially in your airbnb. Build you up a Facebook or a seeking list. I didn't bother with tinder. I was dropping 150-300 cop range at my airbnb. Mostly 200 cop. In the Casas your under 200 cop unless your going to loutron. Street walkers your drop at most 70 cop which includes the room in centro. Some comments on latest posts about prices and crime. Walking around Parque Lleras last night there seemed to be X100 more tourists than pre-COVID. Top pretty street girls asking $100 and get multiple offers, so they choose who they will go with. Average price can be $50 for lower end.

I can't possibly imagine now one could get robbed in good areas such as Parque Lleras when there are so many people are out. And so much police present.

2. apartment average (in call) - 200,000 COP / $50 USD.

3. apartment average (out call) - 280,000 COP / $70 USD.

4. casa average - 100,000 COP /$25 USD in the centro type places, $50 energy, $80 loutron.

5. club average - 300,000 COP / $75 USD (fase2/ isla) - about 1/2 that in the non-fase2 and non-isla places.

6. spa average - 160,000 COP / $40 USD.

7. mansion prices - 200,000 COP-300,00 COP $50-$75.

8. lleras street prices - 200,000 COP / $50 USD.

I purchase a iPhone 11 (cheap) a while back. So I always travel with two phones when visiting foreign countries. I keep the main one at hotel / airbnb (newest iPhone) and just walk around with the 11 (wouldn't care that much if someone steals it) I use google fi esim function and terminate service when I arrive back in the states. Esim saves the hassle in going to a cell store in a foreign country. But yes, make sure your phone is unlock. Also, not sure on android but iPhone can have 2 lines active for the ones that travels with just one phone.

I switched and registered with a 2nd provider. The first provider locked my phone in less than 2 weeks, not the 30 days we know. I have to buy another highest cost plan from the 1st provider to get it unlocked. I know this is an exception but it happened to me.

But I eventually was able to go back to the original SIM carrier and I also had to open the cheapest plan available, and then they unlocked it and properly registered it. I was then able to activate a SIM from another company as I had already purchased that before I found my phone to be locked. So I ended up with 2 active plans.
