    'gringos flocking to MDE'

Maybe I'm blind, but I don't see it. Outside of Poblado, honestly, I have never run into another gringo. That.

Includes all the casas I have been to, and el Centro. I ask the girls and they all say the clientele is 95%+ local. I am writing this as a very good thing, in case anyone feels MDE is overrun with gringos, I don't find that at all.

The same thing definitely CANNOT be said about Panama City

i wouldn't run back for the pfp scene itself, but rather for some beauty that at least i believe, really digs me.

to say that one would never come to medellin for vacation, no matter how hard up for pussy, to me is funny.

i think it's because you live there, but just imagine if you lived in some fat cow land (and i don't just mean the cows) in say nebraska, i think medellin might just be appealing.
let's face it. you have been coming here for years and have built relationships, know he lay of the land and are in tune with the culture. plus you speak the language and it is easy for you to build realtionships every time down. of course you want to come back on vacation.

i like when you guys come down here and spend money, one way (come down with usd$2, 000 and leave with nothing) from your homeland into the economy here and when it is directly with a ho or even with exito and other huge corporations, you help the economy and help keep a colombian primo employed at exito or help with [CodeWord131] on the ass of a baby with a puta madre, literally.

i will do every thing i can to promote tourism. especially sex tourism. because the poor barrio girls are 90% of the working girls. the money goes into their pockets and not to the botero museum. jejejeje who's kidding who?

i don't monger here and am not really a fan of mongering because i friggen hate rubbers, wouldn't fuk a working girl without one and think the best way to the gfe is with a gf or two and / or with an amiguita or two, simple as. there are easy ways to handle women down here and it doesn't cost all that much and is actually much cheaper than working girls and with less headaches than a us / uk girlfriend.

but a mongering vacation if i was stuck up north? not me.

but i respect the travelers who have made this place their #1 and will add nothing more than,"come-on down the pussy's nice, we need your business! ya'all come back now, ya hear?"

    Thread Cleanup

    Greetings Everyone,

I recently cleaned up this thread by deleting a number of off-topic and otherwise pointless posts, as well as a number responses made by other forum members to these deleted posts.

This cleanup process is not perfect, and it's possible that I may have inadvertently deleted a few otherwise legitimate posts. If you find that your own report was also deleted, please don't take it personally.

    Thanks,

    Jackson

I wouldn't go there just for vacation either bro, sorry. But then again I live in an ocean front condo in South Beach. Je je LOL Everybody knows why gringos are flocking to Medellin and it ain't to ride the Metro Cable or see the Fat Botero Statues. Or is it just me that doesn't find Medellin a prime vacation spot? For me any kind of pristine vacation destination involves ocean in one way or another.

Lima vs Medellin? For P4P Medellin wins

I've spent a lot of time in Peru and Lima over the past ten years, and only recently waded more seriously into Colombia and especially Medellin. My comparison and opinion seems close to what others here are reporting:

Medellin: hotter girls with prettier faces and sexier figures, more satisfactory P4P scene, pleasant if rainy climate year round. My four visits to Medellin last year proved to me that if the main goal of a trip is to maximize sexual satisfaction and variety with GFE potential, Medellin has much more to offer than Lima.

Lima: better food and more interesting city. Weather sucks during the winter months June through October. Conquering the non pros there may be easier for those inclined to work that angle, young girls seriously dating men 20 or more years older is culturally accepted and the culture of the city is generally sex positive. My favorite Limena civ, a secretary (secretaries in Lima are easiest to game and bed as they are easily impressed by relatively high status foreigners) while not as hot as some of the best paisas I have done is genuinely attractive and for me a 10 personality as well as 10 in bedroom performance that bumps her up a notch or two from her physical level. In return for the explicitly no-strings relationship I provide for her a modest occasional donation, but 190 soles ($75) is a BIG DEAL for her and she seems to love me in part for my generosity.

So choosing between spending a lot of time with the Lima fav while gaming a few other candidates there when she is not with me, vs the hot lineup of paisa prepagos I could enjoy on my next trip, makes choosing between the two for my next trip difficult.

I would say 75-80% of the women sitting did not get picked up. Could it be pricing (170 COP +-)? Most were content with having a good time and customers buying them drinks. Most of the locals as I, had a few cold ones and watched the show. For me I could not justify what they were asking for when I know you can always find a jewel in far less pricey places.

Worth a visit if this is your scene. Enjoy!
As in the Centro stripclubs, the locals just don't seem to take the girls to the back a lot. A lot of getting drunk and talking to the girls. I think it's comparable to us going to stripclubs at home and going for the VIP every once in a while. It is expensive to them! Some don't even tip. Which is all the more reason we should tip them the 1k or 2k when they come around.

    Peru vs. Col

I would like to comment about traveling to Lima and Peru as compared to MDE and Colombia as I have visited both recently. I have been to Peru perhaps ten times in the last several years. Each time I go, I visit not only Lima but also other towns and cities in the country so have seen much of the country from the traditional spots such as Machu Picchu to the out of way places (and non-mongering spots) such as Cajamarca. My last visit to Peru was to Lima and Ayacucho last Easter.

My first trip to Colombia only occurred this year and I went two times, once in the late summer and again in November. The first time in Colombia I visited MDE, San Andreas, and CTG. Though I enjoyed the women and MDE in general, I found the city quite boring after a few days. San Andreas sucked as far as I was concerned. Hardly any beaches for a fairly large island, a bit run-down, and too quiet and provincial for my tastes. Cartagena was the most interesting as the old city has a lot of atmosphere and even though the girls are expensive by even Lima standards, I had some pretty good luck with my overall experiences, though a few bizarre incidents as well. Don't we all! My second trip in November took me to the pleasant colonial towns north of Bogota such as Villa De Leyva, Barichara, and San Gil. I finished my trip in Bucaramanga and Cartagena, and spent one rainy night in Bogata. Once again, I enjoyed the ladies of CTG though you will pay more than in Lima. Almost all the chicas at the more infamous places wanted the equivalent of $125 US for two hours of fun and generally would not budge off that price. GFE was possible but it seems luck plays a role too.

Overall and hands down the woman in Colombia are much more attractive. There simply is no comparison from my general experiences. For one, you get a lot more variety, blonds, red hair, green eyes, blue eyes, taller than the Peruvians girls, more busty and rounded, nicer butts, and gorgeous skin tones and texture. On the menu, you can order the hot black girls of Cali and CTG and the blonds / blancas in MDE and Manizales. Compare that to the the short, pudgy, long straight black hair, that one encounters more often than not in Peru and Lima. Of course, there are always exceptions. I think if you go outside the major cities in Colombia, you will find the chicas prices are more reasonable than MDE, etc. Though that can also be said for Peru too. Free non=pro's are quite possible in both countries as well and at least for me its a matter of time, luck, and instinct. I also know that there are certain parts of MDE, well documented on this board, where the price structure is fantastic if you can deal with the potential dangers and sometimes dodgy surroundings. Not sure if such an area exists in Peru or Lima where a gringo could tread freely without encountering significant health issues.

As far as costs and food experiences, I went to a normal looking pizza Italian style restaurant in Bogota and paid as much as I would in most major US cities. I think the food is infinitely better in Lima and Peru as Colombia is just beginning to discover how to use some of the native grown products and perhaps did not have the same Asian influences as Peru. Also, the availability of fresh fish in so many Peruvian cities has enhanced their dishes. Remember the Inca's had many trails where they carried fresh fish from the coast to the mountain communities. Sort of like a Pony Express. So its imbued in their culture.

One other comment has to do with hotels and apartments. I find the costs are generally about the same in both countries though you just have to put the work in and do your research. I stayed at a fantastic studio apt. In El Centro in CTG overlooking an old romantic plaza (Plaza F. Madrid) on both my trips and also found an interesting little gem of a hotel in Parque Lleras in MDE. Lima also has some nice apartments such as LB's modern penthouse and another apartment I stayed in closer to Ovalo Bolognesi, though its difficult or almost impossible to find something unico / antigo in Lima. In general, both countries have a long way to go to get to even two star European type hostals and small hotel ratings. Regarding flights, I find that the airline costs from the US to Peru or Colombia are about the same from Houston or Newark depending on the season, etc. Even the flight arrival times end up being almost the same. I generally leave the US in mid morning and arrive in MDE, BOG or CTG airports around 9:30 in the evening. Arrival time in Lima via IAH is a bit later at about 10:30 to 11. It barely factors into my decision of which country to visit. One way or the other, you are flying all day unless, of course, you are from Miami.

In closing, I am considering a two week trip to South America in the near future. I have not decided my destination yet but I am leaning towards Colombia because I discovered that I can visit either CTG or BOG first and also include a side trip to Curacao as both cities have airlines offering flights to this island and / or Aruba, Bonaire, or SXM. One thing you can't do in Peru is visit a nice offshore island with decent beaches and chicas! PS: Asia Beach or Mancora does not count.

Are you kidding me? You got guys on the board screaming and yelling over $2 fukin dollars. I know guys going to street walkers here trying to talk them down from $15K blowjobs (That's under USD$8. 00 currently).

Palermo you are comparing on the Medellin side prices of girls in the higher end places like Luna and such and not the day time casas or Mayorista girls ($USD15-$20). I think the Lima babes are about $10 bucks more over all, but I could be wrong.

    Wednesday walk.

Went up to Masajistas Paisas. CL 53 #42-56. No answer at the door. Maybe because it was around lunch time?

Visited Relax. CRA 45 #57-71. Had a brew and viewed the lineup. Stuck around for 30 mins just in case some of the girls were busy. Eight girls on duty. Three were doable by my standards but their attitudes were strickly business. I need a little illusion they want me or my money?

Make it a stop on your list. Enjoy!

    First Trip to Lima.

I just got back last week from my first trip to Peru and wanted to share some of my experiences. I've travelled to quite a few countries in South and Cental America including Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, , Ecuador, Costa Rica, and Panama. Every place is unique and different and my favorite place for the last few years has been to stay at the Medellin Mansion. It is always tempting to head back to Medellin, but I've decided I need to broaden my horizons and try new places. I was very glad that I decided to vist Lima.

Lima is a beautiful city with many parks. The area I stayed in, Mira Flores, is very upscale with any convenience you need. There are wonderful restaurants and great places to walk. My favorite was along the cliffs above the beaches. It has absolutely stunning views. I felt very safe, even late at night, walking around the area. It also has a significant tourist industry. I took two tours on Mirabus, one to the old downtown historical area and one to the Inca pyramids just to the south of town. I enjoy having something different to do during the day and there are many, many options in Lima. This is somewhat different from Medellin, which is a lovely city, but has little new to see after being there a few times.

I stayed at the Marisa Luisa Hotel after reading recommendations on the board. Overall, I would recommend the hotel for mongers, although there were a few problems. The biggest issue was that there is a new building being built next door to the hotel and the constuction noise starts at dawn and goes until dusk (except Sunday). I would recommend getting earplugs. The hotel rate for a junior suite also changed several times. Initially, I sent a request for a reservation back at the beginning of December and the rate on the website was $100 soles per night. The hotel replied that the rate was going up to $120 soles per night after the first of the year. I replied that this was fine, but when I arrived, the rate was $130 soles. This is still only about $48 per night which isn't outrageous, but the changes were a little irritating. The hotel doesn't take credit cards, so it is necessary to pay in cash. The hotel location is excellent. It is only about two blocks from Parque Kennedy and is close to everything. The junior suite wasn't luxurious, but was adequate. The drinks from the minibar were only $3 soles each. The hotel doesn't have air conditioning, but there was a fan in the bedroom which was all that was really needed this time of year. There was also a computer for free use in the lobby which was handy since I don't carry a laptop. I had no issues bringing girls up to the room. They merely left their I'd at the desk and there was no additional charge.

As for the girls. I was somewhat worried when I first planned my trip to Lima. I had heard that the Peruvian girls weren't as pretty as the girls in Colombia. However, I was very pleasantly surprised otherwise. While there may be more beautiful women in total in Colombia, there are still many, many girls in Peru that are just as pretty as any in Medellin. I relied on David to arrange girls for me for two nights and both were absolute gems. They were both beautiful and sweet with no time pressures at all. I think they were some of the best girlfriend experinces I've had on any of my trips. I was hoping to repeat with both girls, unfortunately circumstances prevented this (more later). I can't say enough good things about David. He provided me with all kinds of great information prior to my arrival and arranged both of the girls even though he was getting ready to leave on vacation to Asia.

Unfortunately, the last few days of my trip went downhill due to being very sick. The guidebook recommends drinking bottled water, asking for drinks without ice, and brushing your teeth with bottled water. I do only drink bottled water when travelling, but neglected to follow the last two rules. The stomach virus I picked up was quite unpleasant. In addition to the normal stomach problems, I had a fever, cold sweats, and wasn't able to eat for three days. I bought an antibiotic at the Pharmacy (no prescription necessary) and started to feel better eventually. However, I was too exhausted and sick to even think of women the last few days. It is a shame because I wanted to repeat with both of the girls I met through David and also wanted to try the massage place called Relax why Vida which I have heard recommended. Next time, I'll be more careful and do without ice in my drinks.

In summary, I would highly recommend Lima. In addition to the beautiful women, there is also so much else to enjoy about the city. In fact, I had planned a trip to Medellin over the Summer, but have now decided I wish to return to Lima instead. Next time I want to stay at least ten days and hopefully take a trip to Machu Pichu as well. Lima is my new favorite destination.

Again, Thank you David for making my first trip to Peru so enjoyable. I'll be back soon.

What strikes me as interesting is now ST mongers are saying the same thing. Any thoughts by the guys (Palermo / thomasab) others who have traveled to both?
I went to Lima 7 times before I even thought about Colombia. I always had a good time in Lima. Trouble started with me with the terrible pollution in the city. Then the Soles (money) became more expensive on each trip. Airfare also was more expensive as Spirit cut back on service on the months that Lima is pleasent (Nov. To April ). The girls are good, but except for one real low end place they were more expensive than Colombia. I don't count CTG in the mix as it is the most expensive city in Colombia for P4P.

To sum it up Colombia is closer and cheaper than Lima. If there was no Colombia then I would glady return to Peru.

Nice LB, what are you kinda slow business wise where you felt the need to post this in the MDE thread? Common now I know you like the occasional "back pat" LOL I love Peru, I love the food (best in Latin America IMHO) , nice people, amazing culture and sure you can find beautiful girls in any country. I have seen many many many head turners in Peru from Puno, Iquitos to Tumbes. Its just Medellin is the "IT" spot right now. I think people know where to find the Peru and Lima section if they find the need to utilize it.

Saw this posted elsewhere and thought it was interesting. I have many friends that have lived in both cities and all but two have come back as they prefer the women and lifestyle in Lima.
