I didn't get cheated on but the marriage was going downhill. I just bit the bullet and got divorced even with small kids. It does not actually have it on your kid's life if you have a good shared custody arrangement. It has been 10 years now and life has been good. But I understand the concern about how we would affect the lives of your kids. I have never regretted that divorce. One of the best decisions I have made in my life. The past years with these attractive women overseas has been amazing.

You actually might be an exception compared to others as to how things might of turned out if you had been in an ugly divorce which seems to be more the case.

The impacts financially are one thing, and can be horrendos, but the emotional and psychological damage to the children can be far worse.

I'm going to bet, that some here, might agree that the best thing they got out of being married where children, at least that's my personal experience being married and divorced with two children.

I am an older white guy and I speak from experience. I have been invited to meet the family and remain friends with them. Doubtful it was love. Most likely an opportunity to have an older benefactor or something.

The pua world seems exhausting. I watched a few interviews with a famous PUA named Paul Janka. He did day game in New York. You can see his old videos on you tube. He said his closing rate was 5% and that is considered good in the pua world. And he was good looking and graduated from Harvard. He could have just paid for it like us and saved the aggravation. If the restaurant uses an electronic POS system, the 10% is put on automatically with an explanation that it's voluntary. There will be 2 totals. No need to demand anything, although talking to the manager is a good idea.

I am at a restaurant now. As you said they added a 10% tip and a long explanation at the bottom of the bill saying that if you want to change it then just tell the server.

I was reading my post about game and I thought that some may think it was a flame in the guy but it was not meant to be. I just meant that you don't need game to meet and have fun with attractive girls in Medellin. There are a lot of attractive girls who have young fit boyfriends or guys they hang out with whom they have a lot of fun. These girls are not looking for another boyfriend, they would like to make some money with you. They already have young guys they party with But those guys don't give them money. So they are looking for gringos who are willing to pay them a fair amount of money for sex and they are more than willing to do that but they do prefer guys who are not abusive, rude, smelly, or cranky. What is more important to them than looks or charm is that you are a nice guy who is willing to pay them a fair amount for the sex.

So for you older guys you do not have game, you can still have a good time. Just take a shower, be nice to the girls and try to not be so serious. They will want your business and you will have a good time.

For a myriad of reasons, us mongers complicate things too much. What MoonShot said should be given to new and veteran mongers. Colombia VAT, which is known as the IVA tax, is the country's main indirect tax, which is collected by DIAN.

The IVA tax refund can be requested at the Direcciand de Impuestos why Aduanas Nacionales (DIAN) office in any international airport in the country.

In Medelland, the DIAN office is located in the Jos Mara seerdova airport to the left of the Avianca check-in. According to staff in this office, DIAN at the airport is staffed 24 hours a day every day. But late at night this office may be closed when they rarely have clients. But you can ask the airport information to call DIAN and they will send someone from their office downstairs, which is staffed 24 hours.

All purchases eligible for a tax refund must have been paid for in-person with a debit or credit card. Cash payments for purchases are not eligible for the tax refund.

Excellent information to be aware of for others who are making purchases in Colombia and want to get the 19% collected by DIAN at the time of purchase paid by all Colombians. But I doubt many would mess around trying to get the 19% they paid on a couple of bags of coffee upon leaving the Country. LOL.

A common response is always read the past 30 pages of this thread. I'm just chilling now in my hotel room in Medellin so I have a few minutes. There are freelancers who walk around Poblado near park Lleras. There are also some well-known nightclubs for freelancers inside. I have no personal experience with these girls because I have stuck exclusively to Facebook girls and I have been quite happy with them. There is no Facebook page where there is a listing of young attractive freelancers. Instead you have to go through the process of finding and being friends with girls on Facebook who are in Medellin.

Here and there on this thread guys have mentioned some techniques so I'm not going to repeat them. But I will give you a short summary. Find a few girls on Facebook who are located in Medellin and then from there look at who their friends are and then ask to be their friends and keep going. I will actually give you a name of not a real girl but a name that is very common with a lot of girls in Medellin. That is the name Luisa Fernanda. There must be at least 15 girls with that name who are in Medellin and likely willing to have sex for money with you. So start with that name and go from there. You willing to go through the time and effort a few weeks before your trip, you will have a few Facebook girls to see.

How will you know they are freelancers? Well, if she is young and attractive and you are not in her league but she is interested in meeting with you, she is interested in pay for play.
