Not comparing apples to apples. Park Lleras girls would be considered high end street girls and not FB girls. The taxi driver can get a good ideal based on where he is picking them up at and time of night. Just put one and one together. Latino guys are more aggressive towards the girls than most the foreigners visiting. The girls will not tell you if she paid for the taxi ride plus a little money with sex.
