You just lost all semblence of credibility with that remark. You pretzel logic is the same as "There are more English speakers in China than in the US" which is absolutely true. ok, saturday night driving back to my apartment, i wanted a quick screw so i hit san diego bar, just out side was a police van and about 4-5 cops, one seemed high up with ribbions, not the typical street cop, they were harrassing some guys at the entrence to s. d. i thought nothing new probly some out of hand drunks, inside the club it was empty of customers and maybe about 1/2 the number of girls i sat down ordered a beer and thought maybe just a slow night, anywaz 20 mins i found a girl took her into the back room had my screw then as i wanted to leave the owner insisted i stay in the room, that the cops were giving him a hard time and i may need to leave out the back door, he then sealed the second door shut; after turning off all the lights to the first few rooms. i waited with 3 hookers and him for 20 minutes, we couldn't leave out the back becuase cops were near bye, eventually he got a call on the cell phone and i was able to leave.

there has been a big push to crack down on hookers under 18. like so many colombian laws, there has only been lip service paid for years. the big problems is that no colombian seems to think that any law applies to him. maybe that can change. i hope.

and there are a few other areas that could use some enforcement as well.

I have never really seen a indie or sim-pro scene in Medellin like what can be found in other cities, only through friends and contacts. Maybe I haven't looked hard enough, my line of thought is hoes looking to earn some money arnt going to pay cover fee's and expensive drinks in the hopes of catching a john. They are all over. For example, I was in a discoteca Circus (in Las Palmas) and I would say a good percentage of the girls there were prepagos. Granted most of them were accompanied, but lots of them brought friends who were sitting around idle.

I would say Club Wild in Itagui would be a good spot to check out (get there around 2-3am when it starts up since it is after-hours). Carnival in La Estrella is another spot to catch them (again, another after hours spot).
