Ouch! Are foreigners with minors really a huge problem or a statistical anomaly because of bad news bias? Is there any validity to this sign or establishment just trying to appease the police?

I don't see how anyone could provide you with anything but an anecdotal answer plucked out of their AR $e. I could say yes or no with equal validity. But I think it is clear that the issue is being used for political gain.

1. My flight lands around midnight. I do not mind paying more, but should I stick with Uber, or is there a better service (Like a Limousine service in the US where there is a guy holding your name)?

2. Will the currency exchange and SIM card vendors at the airport be open at that hour?

2. As long as I make a booking for two at hotels, will it be ok to bring a guest?

First of all, the only reason to use currency exchange is if you're trying to hide the transaction from somebody back home. Or in the unlikely possibility that one does not have an ATM card. Short of that, it is silly to do currency exchange. ATM always gives you the best rates. But, If you have to, do it in the city and not at the airport. currency exchange rate at the airport is terrible. If you need money for the taxi, BanColombia has ATM machines right at the airport and they're safe to use. Alternatively, just pay the taxi with dollars. Just pay the taxi $30. Consider it few bucks tip to the hard-working man who's driving you at midnight.

In the end, it doesn't matter for any particular guy. You're going to take the girl that you like, a girl that you find to be attractive. Numerical ratings are usually just used for guys to talk to other guys about girls that they have seen. Guys usually like to brag about all the 10's that they are banging. I just bring up so that you are aware that it is meaningless when a guy brags that he was banging 9's and 10's for the reasons discussed. It doesn't mean that you would find the girl attractive or want to be with her.

For me, I go to Medellin, I meet young attractive women for a reasonable price and I have fun. That is enough for me. 1. There should be white taxis waiting outside.

2. You don't want to use the currency exchange at the airport. Use 1 of the ATMs for a much better rate. If one of the stores isn't open to sell you a SIM just wait until morning. If you have TMobile your phone will work. If you have Verizon it will work, but you'll be charges $10 per day.

3. Depends on the hotel. Many will only allow a guest if that guest is registered at check-in. Others charge a fee for each guest. Check with your hotel for the guest policy.

There is no objective rating. The good news is, a subjective rating is almost always 100% correct, because the rating is whatever the person wants it to be. Even when the guy changes the rating, depending on who he's talking to, it's still correct.

On a 1-10 scale, there really aren't any 7. 5's or 8. 5's, just 7's, 8's or 9's. You need a 1. 0-10.0 scale for that, and it should start at zero, not at 1 (if absolute, undeniable perfection is possible, then the opposite is also possible).

Pricing is dependent on many factors, one of the most important is how badly the girl needs the money.

I think we are saying the same thing. Most of us don't know much about the preferences of other members. Members who know each other personally are in the minority, but there is a rare day on this site that someone doesn't use their personal numeric scale to make a point or comparison.
