If there is any reason, it is more of a compliment to the girl's body.

One reason is they can get steady income at 40 K but 300 K at La Isla will be hit and miss.

I don't think SA allows nudity in photos, but I'm not 100%. Most have bikini / lingerie in their Private Photos, which you need approval to see (you can request). I took these pics the 2 times she came over. Ok, relatively speaking, for a 98 lb girl, she has big tits. No, they are not big tits if you are comparing her to the 180 lb broad in Juggs.

Has anyone been having successes / failures when trying to invite girls over for a ST during the quarantine?

I had somewhat of a negative tone in my last report, which is ironic, because 15 minutes later my esposa was raring to go! She should have waited one more day, in retrospect, but a little blood never scared me. Once I noticed, we got TF up out of my all-white bed, and put her up against the wall. Still. No. BJ. It's either going to be the worst of my career, or mind-blowingly worth the wait. (Or, more likely, I'll never find out!

The last couple days I noticed a topless tanner in a neighboring building, and a towel-only yogi in another. Anyone know what day it is?!

    Cheers.

I really hope you are wrong. SARS, which is similar to covid 19 has been around for 16 years and no vaccine has been developed for it to date. This is worst than SARS.

Yes, that is the same advice I gave her. Everything is up in the air of course with the quarantine.

There is a push for so-called humanitarian flights to repatriate Colombians who are stranded in other countries. It is gaining momentum on social media. That might be a ray of hope for foreigners with residency who want to get back here. The catch is a 14 day quarantine is likely. That's not a big deal, the whole damn country is on quarantine anyway. Yesterday humanitarian flights were allowed out of El Dorado for mostly South Americans. Some of them have been stuck in the terminal since before the quarantine. The ones who didn't have money for hotels or food slept on the terminal floor and foraged. President Duque was heavily lobbied before he gave in and let them out.

Cheap with variety of girl friendly experience. I have fuck 7 over there so my foto place so to speak. Things I have notice. Hope it helps someone. Fast texters trouble, if they ask for lunch, expect a hustle, taxi prices is a hustle, if you agree to 3 hrs. Most like they not going to stick to hit. Most girls are shorter, thinner, younger looking than their pics. This is for girls in the 20's. Submissive one give the best performance and less headaches. Girls will agree to anything. Some cases stand firm and some cases just pay the money get rid of them. But if you are slick enough to get them out the building then only pay what they deserve. Tinder is good for non pros or proclaim non pros, but theirs also many chicks selling service. Yellow cab is only a $1 more than uber. If you are cheap like me make sure taxi meter is on when chick arrives so you don't get hustled. Put a set taxi rate agreement that way no surprise cost. Chicks are notorious late so never set an appointment for like 5 pm. Might ruined your entire day waiting. Colombia girls have little tits and quite a few lack hips and booty. Most don't give major problems. Just minor stuff. Food is cheap. Try to see foto identification and if possible show guard also bring girl to the guard. Tip the guard he could be your protection against trouble. This a Cheapy Charley perspective.

So these girls are going to work for 40 k instead of 200 k at Isla because someone might see them. Seems crazy. Who cares. Everyone knows how hard life is in Colombia. I don't think it has the same stigma it would have in the states. Tinder at least is a dating site. You can talk money through what's app if you like the guy. I see girls from my job on tinder. No big deal. The girl I found was a solid 9. Would have paid her 200 k at isla without blinking a eye.

    Centro Girls

Centro Girls. The problem most guys with street girls is they are unable to figure out who is in the game and who is not. You have to sit and watch to learn who is who. Walking past a million times does not work well. The hot chick sitting right next to him is a player but he does not know it. He assumes that only the scantily dressed girls and the aggressive girls are the ones. The fine dressed one's pix were taken off her Facebook site. But she dressed to the 9's from day one. She had some pix where she had tons of makeup which tells me she is in a Club of some sort now. The other 2 girls pix taken at the'Grief Hotel. That was a year ago.

Other guy asked if I knew if the black girl was pregnant. Not sure why that matters. Not sure and do not care. She asked for 100. I jumped at it. Overpriced for that area but did not want to chance never seeing her again and miss my opportunity. I would have paid 150 for her.

I think Fase dos and the like have stricter work rules than casas. You can come and go as you please at casas and it's harder to get fired. More than anything else however, casas offer the girls discretion. They get to see the potential customers before deciding whether to show themselves (we've all seen them peeking at us from behind curtains). You don't have that option on tinder or at strip clubs. It's very easy to be discovered by a relative, spouse or anybody on tinder or in strip clubs.

I got a girls number from one of the casas last time I was there. She was 19 with a great natural body. She came to my hotel for a couple nights. I just don't understand why she worked there. She is what you guys would call that diamond in the ruff you are always looking for. At least she could have worked at the other options I mentioned. Do they not know these places exist. Are there too many girls trying to get into these places. Is tinder not as popular as I think for these girls to get enough business?

The Time To Buy Luxury Apartment Rentals Is Upon Us

I'm not even in the market looking to move but my whatsapp and facebook are blowing up. I mention this because of the newspaper report of yesterday that said Poblado has the highest concentration of coronavirus cases in Antioquia. It stands to reason because of the higher concentration of foreigners. I would not want to be trying to rent out apartments there right now. The guys who have several of those short term rentals have to be hurting because of the travel restrictions.

Anyway the police have been pretty chill in Centro. I can't say the same for the police in Bogota. They were shown on Caracol the other night cracking heads when people took too long to vacate a crowded park. There are lineups at financial service centers the past few days because people are trying to collect subsidies President Duque granted. It's similar to the US stimulus but no checks are mailed. You have to get the money from designated ATMs or cash outlets. Like you who went out for a run there are more and more people out on the streets during the day. The rules haven't changed but with a little more than two weeks to go it's clear people are going about the business of getting groceries and medicine. There are only supermarkets, grocery stores and pharmacies that are open for business as usual. Restaurants are still delivery or take out only, mostly delivery. I know first hand of somebody who got the dreaded 936,000 peso fine. She was not able to make a case for being out for an essential purpose. My experience is if you can come up with one of the main exceptions (grocery, pharmacy or care for an elderly person) and if you are not loitering then you aren't going to have a problem. Hopefully Colombia will be spared of the carnage in progress in the USA, I don't condone cracking heads, but Colombia is at least enforcing the quarantine which hopefully is helping, in lieu of light enforcement activities, at least in Southern California where I am at has been happening, but I suspect will change when the infections skyrocket over the next few weeks.

As far as apartment rentals in Poblado, the vast majority of people renting are from the USA so supply is going to outstrip demand for quite a while as I don't see Colombia letting anyone from the USA or Europe back into the Country until there is a proven vaccine approved by WHO and certified like the Yellow Fever Certificate required of other Countries. So there's going to be a lot of vacant apartments and super low rents as you mentioned for probably the next year.

For a real estate investor, the coming months will be a great time to pick up luxury rental properties at bargain basement prices from owners wanting out.
