In a nut shell, none of what you wrote about yourself is going to matter except how much money your willing to spend and having no Spanish speaking skills. Based on what you wrote, the Mansion and Gusto's has your name written all over it. I'm not saying don't try the Casa's, try the upper scale ones versus the lower budget ones as the facilities will be nicer. But as far as El Centro, you most probably be a fish out of water there.
