Finding chicas on Facebook and Instagram

I'm in Medellin for a bit after being away for 10 years, if anyone wants to hang out let me know.

Question: how are you finding girls on Facebook or Instagram?

Do you do a particular search? A particular hashtag or phrase?

Do you friend them or just DM? What are you writing to them in the initial messages?

    2nd question.

I was in Parque Lleras and saw a few cuties I would be interested in. But I don't like picking up Street girls and going to love hotels.

I'd rather get their number and arrange to meet them later. Is anyone doing this, approaching girls that are working on the street, getting their numbers and arranging to meet later?

I'd even take them for food or a drink to vet them properly before bringing them back to my Airbnb. This way I get to see their attitude and personality first and can bail if I don't like what I'm seeing.

    Let me know, thanks.

Reflections on the Botero Plaza barrier

I was in the Plaza today for the first time in nearly a week. I immediately noticed the area inside the barrier continues to get back to how it was pre-barrier. Most of the girls are back along with some of their deadbeat boyfriends. I even saw a couple of guys go flying through the crowd on bicycles. Just like old times. I snapped the photo from the metro as I was leaving. Two workmen who are out of the frame were reinforcing the barrier with metal strapping. A week or so ago I was near the church when one of the barriers went crashing to the ground because the bits connecting them to each other were starting to wear out. Policeman hurried over to stand it up again. Meanwhile, the entrances are pretty much wide open with a couple of police at each of them who are much less attentive than when the checkpoints were first established. I snapped the photo because I was surprised to see a vendor cart inside the barrier for the first time since it was put up.

Lucky your Mailbox is full and I cannot send you a message.

This is not universal. YMMV is the name of the game. Over half the casa girls I've been with kissed (maybe not as passionately as a semipro or nonpro). I don't think I've ever been with one who didn't give me BBBJ for a little extra. I even got anal from the first casa girl I ever tried before the pandemic (of course for an extra).

The fact I speak Spanish probably at least partially explains why I fared better than you did. Learning or improving your Spanish elevates Colombia to another level. I come back because the quality of women I can get for free in Medellin exceeds a lot of working girls and normal chick's I've met in other parts of Latin America and a lot of my paid experiences have been pretty decent as well. I also love how open minded and positive most Paisas are about sex.

I take the Spirit flight from Fort Lauderdale to Barranquilla all the time. I used to take Avianca from Miami to Barranquilla when they had one as well. But I do not understand what you would like to know as for experience. Just like any other flight. Get in and sit down.

    2) What are famous "clubs" why "disco" in El Poblado / Laureles? Sort of Panda Club / Hollywood / Pier vibe in Pattaya, Thailand. Where you can find independent providers and some local chicas.

    3) Using public transportation, is that a big NO-GO?

    4) For fellow mongers who don't speak Spanish, is it very difficult to get in touch with chicas?

    5) is "long time" somewhat rare in Colombian monger scenes?

    Appreciate all in advance.
First off, be ready for a bit of disappointment. I love Colombia, but from a punting perspective its low on the list in terms of service and value. Really. Sure, you can pick up a girl for $8 in Santa Fe, Bogota. But, what you will get might be worth $8.

I had visited Berlin (awesome) and Thailand (awesome) before hitting Medellin, back in 2016. Boy, was I disappointed in the service. Covered BJ is standard and most girls in the "casas" (brothels) won't kiss. The women are very attractive to be sure. Colombianas are the best looking latinas overall, in my experience, next to the women of Argentina, who are really something else, but incredibly bitchy and my punting experiences in Buenos Aires was the worst. That said, the best way to go is with prepagos (freelance escorts) though you would have some trouble contacting them without a modicum of basic Spanish. When I first arrived in Medellin, I knew no Spanish and managed to get laid okay, but now that I got some basic Spanish I go to this site: https://www.photoprepagos.com/prepagos/medellin.

Most prepagos will actually come to your residence or hotel. I'm not sure why you need a love hotel at this point, but you can always ask the girls for a referral to a place they will service you at. Some might have preferences or restrictions on how far they will travel. Medellin sprawls along a valley and transport is subject to traffic when significant distances are involved.

As for public transport, I have used it and its safe as far as I am concerned. The only problem is that the metro trains get very crowded during rush hour. As mentioned before, Uber is very cheap. So are taxis. But, I have noticed many official taxis are in poor condition, whereas Uber vehicles tend to be up to a certain standard.

Can't advise you on clubs, as I am too old for that shit. But, for independents, got to photoprepagos at the link above. One thing that is common for prepagos is to work residences (yes they will come to your apartment / AirBnb), and your hotel. But, often they rent out a room in an apartment to work out of on certain days, at certain times. Every prepago I have hooked up with Medellin works like that. They mark off time to travel to their client, but also have a room reserved in an apartment at other times (sharing the space with other girls, which makes it an interesting experience).

Long time? That is where Thailand is a huge bargain, as far as I'm concerned. I've practiced this hobby in about a dozen countries and Thailand is special in that respect. Elsewhere, time is money with the girls and you will need to pay up big for an all nighter. I never tried it in Colombia, as I usually have the urge to get a cup of coffee, or a drink after I am finished with the girl and I contemplate who I want to do next.

Also, let me be clear here Medellin has been hyped up a bit and it is full of tourists now (not a good thing). Its quite different from what it was when I went there for the first time, 7 years ago next week. Medellin is just one of many cities in Colombia. I've done Bogota a few times (don't like it) and I've done Cali (I like it a lot). I visited Manizales too (awesome) but didn't have time to punt there. I found the level of service much better in Cali than the rest, and the people are very friendly there. My point being, Medellin is not your only good option in Colombia, nor is Colombia your only option in South America. But if you do head to Medellin, just PM and I will refer you to an awesome prepago in Laureles, who speaks a bit of English, and provides service on a Brazilian level (the highest, though at Brazilian prices). I like her so much, I might go back to Medellin just to see her. If you want to try a good, economical brothel, I recommend Zandalay at Cra 47 #57 a-34, La Candelaria. 85 k per hour. Not a big brothel, actually old and in need of renovation with maybe 6 girls, but the service is good and the old guy who runs the place is way cool. The famous "New Life" is way overrated in my experience, but it's a good place to experience the mediocrity of Colombian brothels. Finally, don't believe this hype about "centro" being a good scene. There is a section of Centro that is full of nasty "things" on the street, that can't work in a respectable establishment or as an independent. Apparently, someone posted some videos on youtube depicting it as monger heaven and some rubes actually believe it is! Otherwise, I do recommend Centro as a play to just hang out and go shopping before it gets dark and goes to hell.

There is "Hotel D" in Laureles, about a mile from the Estadio metro station. First rate, clean, and modern. Don't have an address or a website, unfortunately.

It would be impossible for me to meet someone there because it is simply too loud for any conversation in any language that I speak. And probably 5 times the price that the same chica would quote you if you met her on the way in a block away.

    3. I always use public transportation, especially the metro. But if you were only here for a short time it would be optional.

    4. You can get in touch with chicas on the street, in the casas (brothels), on social media, etc. With English because they and you can use translate. Face to face you need to run things through a translator or be able to speak Spanish.

    5. The only phrase similar might be "toda la noche" meaning all night. It is not easily available as all of these girls (or 90%) have families or jobs or other things to go home to. With sufficient money they can arrange babysitters, etc. But not easily done.
Shit I've had toda la semana LOL and taken chicks to guatapé, santa marta, melgar, all over Colombia. And I pay por polvo never by the time.

It can get even worse than your photographs show. Actually, your photographs depict how it is daily between 5 and 6 PM in the afternoon every day when the Metro is running "normally".

I've seen lines that go down the stairs to the flat area with all the food kiosks, and then onto Avenida Las Vegas and down 500 meters. There basically is a mass exodus of workers from Poblado and a lot of times when I have arrived at the Poblado station at rush hour, and it's raining, it's difficult to get across the bridge your photos depict because it's so narrow. And when everyone has their umbrellas out you have to be careful to not get your eye's poked out.

It was a mess, but the Metro was not completely shutdown. I was in Bellen and took the bus to the Industriales station around 2 PM and the police were not allowing any passengers into the Station, but there where trains running southbound with passengers getting off at the Station. As I had a date in Centro at 3 PM I took a cab to Centro and after my date I walked over to the Parque Berrio Station and the Metro was running but only northbound. Since I was headed back to Poblado, instead of taking a cab I took a bus back.

In the past when the Metro is shutdown in both directions, especially at rush hour, and when it's raining, it's a total shit show everywhere. No cabs available, long lines to catch a public bus, and not a good time to be travelling around town.

There was some sort of demonstration / protest next to the metro line near the Poblado station, and the metro was shut down for a few hours. When I walked down to take the metro the pedestrian overpass was filled with people looking at the action just to the south, including tear gas being fired, etc. I had planned on going the other direction, but there was no indication when it might start up, and the video sign said it was closed because of an extreme public emergency.
