Every time I fill it out, there are some quirks. It works but you need to be careful in making sure all your entries are correct. When selecting your nationality, United States is not listed. The Spanish term is listed, Estados Unidos. If you don't know Spanish and you're looking for United States, that may throw you off. Make sure you pick the right airport of arrival.
