I was in Medellin about a year ago and was in the Santa Fe mall at Ciudad Comics (don't go there) and they had one of those all-in-one computers. The manager tried to stop me and I pushed her (accidentally) into the glass door which shattered. I gave my hands to the cops as if to say "Put the cuffs on me" and they would not, I actually wanted to go to jail because there was no way in hell I was paying for that computer, I'd rather pay the cops off with that money. Not to sound like a dick, but I've been to prison and the thought of going to a Colombian jail did not scare me. But really, I couldn't see me getting arrested for an accident. Besides, I would have just paid the cops once we left anyway. After hours of fighting, I realized I could just pay for it, and then dispute it with my credit card company. So that's what I did and didn't have to pay a dime. Just wish I was there to see the look on their faces when they realized they weren't getting paid.

A monger I met last year gave me excellent advice about prepagos and which ones are worth maintaining contact with. The ones who always want / talk about money and always talk about themselves you should stay away from. Just money holes. Others can actually be decent and useful to know if you need info.

Trust me the money hungry ones will come running when you want to fuck them. Just be unavailable to everything else. You can even block and unblock as needed on WhatsApp.

Well yesterday late at night the mother of that girl ended up sending me a message through facebook messenger since I had blocked her from all social media, saying she will pursue this and get me for acoso sexual and she said also for pedophilia (even tho her daughter is 21) and all that BS, I did not respond of course I blocked her as well but that threat still made me feel uncomfortable and sure enough I was panicking last night (I suffer from panic attacks when a stressful situation occurs).

In all seriousness, you have nothing to worry about. If you stay out of Colombia, they can't touch you. In the unlikely event that you would receive a letter from some attorney (unlikely since it would cost them money, and I doubt a lawyer would take that on contingency), just ignore it.
