A new hotel with 2 bars and 20 rooms is opening in late Nov in Poblado, large 16 person outdoor Jacuzzi can be rented for parties as well as rooms by the hour, I was told the the bars will have a large selection of independent working girls, something to look out for in the coming weeks, located between calle 10 and calle 10 a 1 block down from avenida Poblado.

I suspect this might be Pablado Rentals (I posted some info on them in an earlier post about airbnb findings) transforming there building (or one of their buildings) into a hotel on that street. Well so far Medellin has been good to me, the first time I came I made. Some good contacts also met "regular" girls who I visited once again went out dinner drinks all that. From San Diego, take taxi down to last exit before the border. There's a east and west entrance. Once across take a taxi directly to HK. Now at the taxi stand it's best to be clear with price. "Cinco a La Hong Kong?" So they don't stiff you later. I still tip $1.

Crossing back shouldn't be a problem. I think the new entrance is closed at 1-2 am. So you want to stay near jack in box entrance side. The old entrance.

Tips at the club. There's a robe guy tip $1. There's also a clock watcher room cleaner. What I do is look for the cleaners and tip prior to session but also mention knock later to get more time.

As a regular peruser of the ISG Medellin thread, I enjoy reading BM posts on their El Centro dalliances and contretemps and Osteoknot's stream-of-conscious riffs on his Medillin escapades. That said, I log onto ISG primarily to glean information of every-day, practical use in my pursuit of Paisa pussy and one's overall enjoyment of life in the Ciudad de Eterna Primavera. (A shout out to other recent posters for adding Casa Cuba to my casa browsing list.).

One follow-up question. How to do the prices for the apartment complexes that you list compare with those of San Peter's for its larger, upper floor, better noise-insulated apartments? (If not mistaken, about $1,000 per month.).

Overall, the non San Peter apartments are a bit more expensive but, usually have other features which make up for it, besides the noise issues at San Peters. Even with sound proof windows some reviewers still had issues. For me, San Peters apartments are fairly bare bones. I like a real sitting area away from the bedroom, with a large TV and comfortable couches and or chairs. And they are just much more nicely decorated, which is nice for long term stays. Overall, the San Peters sitting areas are not that comfortable looking. I like an area which will help put a lady at ease, to break the ice with a drink or just chatting. Now, I am going to be spending over two months in MDE so comfort is a priority out side the bedroom. If I was two weeks or less, SP would be a good option. I can and have used ear plugs but prefer not too. They are also more secure and I am sure, and the people there have seen every issue there is between punters and the girls. In my two rentals neither one has a doorman or security at night near as I can tell. This is a blessing and a risk. A blessing between I don't have to have to endure the dagger eyes of grandmothers when I take a girl more than half my age (but legal!) up to my apartment. I can also have a Venezuelan with maybe less than perfect documentation in. However, also a risk for there is no nighttime security. I tend to be cautious so I feel I will be ok. Last but not least, SP apartments max out at 3 people occupancy, whereas most for that same 1 k a month you can get a two bedroom with 4 max which is what I did. A foursome is on my bucket list.
