Surprised you never tried Zandaly before. It was my first sex in Medellin and cost about $14 worth of pesos when the exchange rate was 2350 to 1 dollar. There were hot girls back then but it went downhill the couple years before Covid. I look forward to seeing the newest line-up very soon

No, my regulars did not jack up their price. I just gave them the 40 k. Well to be completely truthful I think it was more like 35 k or so. I am only half serious when I complain about the members here being the reason. It is 100% true most of the Centro pubters are locals It's also true the girls jack up the price for foreigners. I've seen it with my own eyes many times.

I don't think any of the street rats on this board would disagree with you that the rack rate or going rate is 30 K. However, it is applicable to the locals that make up probably more than 95% of the punters in Centro, and the few street rats / mongers with lots of experience in Medellin who are in the know and proficient in Spanish.

So to fully understand where your coming from, are you saying that a couple of your regulars jacked their pricing up to you during the last week from 30 K to 40 K?

And if so, that is your bone to pick?

Incredibly overpriced but just what I was looking for, really.

I asked how much the hour long massage was after I was done, so I really can't complain. Whatever they said wasn't going to change my mind. My man you got swindled for the cover, the cover max is 20 k. I was in Medellin Thursday-Sunday and went to Gustos twice. I would advise first talking to the girl, google translate is okay and joke a little with her to get her friendly and then start negotiating. Tell them exactly you want before hand and you'll pay after and no more talk after money after you agree. There are tons of fantastic girls in all of the places and your attitude is key, YMMV always applies but go in with a good attitude and confidence and you'll have much better luck. It's pretty funny that this is a subject of debate because the facts are so clear. So, one more time, the going rate on the Centro streets is 30 K. Now, I have a bone to pick with you guys. You guys are a pain in the ass. You are disrupting that Centro rat lifestyle with all this back and forth. Twice since last week I paid 40 K to a couple of my regulars. I'm convinced it's the result of me reading all these circular debates about street pricing. But seriously, as I've said before, I don't care what anyone else pays. I pay what I am willing to pay -30 K or less much more often than not. Also, I get no satisfaction or feel any schadenfreude when I saw Centro street girls working Lleras for ten times what they get back at Ground Zero. I am rarely in Lleras so if I notice them it must be a thing.

Have you been to Rio? If so, which is better for mongering? Sao Paolo or Rio? I'd definitely like to check out Brazil.

So Paulo is better for pure mongering, the best city in the world for our hobby IMO. Rio is a more fun city and has a very good mongering scene, though not what it used to be.

If you start out at the San Antonio metro station and walk west, the area bounded on the east by the north, south metro tracks, on the south by the east, west metro tracks, on the north by the Veracruz church and on the west by Carrera 54, is almost entirely shopping. Clothing stores of all types are in practically every building. You could probably spend 3 days doing nothing but checking out the stores and kiosks and still not find them all. There are lots of bargains, but quality does vary.

There are also dozens of shopping centers, malls or whatever you want to call them north of San Antonio between the Metro tracks and Oriental.

Another good spot for clothes shopping is in Itagui just around the corner from the Mayorista red light zone. It appears that the quality is a bit higher there, but prices are also higher.

If clothes shopping is your thing, Medellin is a good place to indulge. Before the drug cartels, the textile industry was Medellin's claim to fame.

Yes -- the denim and pricing in Medellin is phenomenal. The Super Fashion Center is fully of homegrown discount stores. The stiching is average but the selection and pricing is great.

The malls are slighty higher priced but the quality justifies the extra price.
