My most recent and first taxi ride ever from Bello last week after tagging Soft Swirl, the driver was playing AC / DC on the radio. Cell phone chargers. They are always losing theirs or worse, they will use a dead cellular as an excuse to leave early, either real or faked.

This little number has iPhone, Android, and Bluetooth all in one. Cost me 15 mil COP or less than 4 bucks USD at the corner drug store. Pharmacies are a surprisingly good and cheap place to buy decent quality cables and chargers. You can find cheaper one from street vendors but I have had bad luck with chargers and cables off the street either with early failure or simply not working from the get-go.

I will eventually post a single master list of all the things you can easily and inexpensively keep on hand for the chicas that will show them you actually give a shit about them, and I believe gets you a good ROI from their improved performance. Even if I got nothing tangible back, it's the "nice" thing to do. I hope this helps.

The airport bus is 13,000. One route ends at San Diego and the other in Centro behind the Nutibara. Either bus will drop you at San Diego if you ask. San Diego is the better drop off point for Poblado or Laureles. Ricerocket would use the Centro bus for a quicker hop to his Bello chalet. If you are traveling in a group or if you are in a hurry the taxis are the better way to go.

There are two types of white taxis for hire at the Airport. One is called a collectivo which is shared with other passengers going to wherever in the City and I have no idea how many different passengers they take or the cost, but unless your the first person being dropped off it make take awhile to get to your destination. Best bet is to just pay the 80,000 COP and I'm typically at my place in less than 30 minutes and this fare is for Poblado. I don't know how much the fare is to Laureles, it may be the same. When you arrive at the airport, you will also see yellow taxis waiting for customers, and the price is the same as the white taxis, yet the white taxis are larger and more modern, hence I use them versus the yellow taxis. Once when I brought a ridiculous amount of luggage and a bicycle I tried to take a white taxi. I had to revert to the bus because the taxi couldn't accommodate all my junk.

Also, there will be guy's offering rides as well who are Uber drivers or other drivers which I won't use. I had a friend come down and I told him to only use the white taxis, and some guy approached him, said it would be 80,000, and then when getting in the car said it would be an additional 20,000 COP to use the tunnel to get to Poblado and he just paid it so that's another scam to avoid..
