Here we go again, but not really a big deal. Starting Thursday it's Pico why Cedula for store shopping and a curfew from midnight until 5 AM until April 5 with restaurants not effected. There's also mention of no liquor sales but I'm not clear on that exactly as to when and where it applies, with this order being thru April 5.

Hopefully there will be no more weekend shutdowns, and there is mention of some crowd controls, yet the Churches have been specifically excluded on Easter as is no surprise.

If you were referring to the Semana Santa midnight to 5 am Curfew and liquor sale restrictions that run from March 25 through April 6 along with pico. Cedula then I don't agree anyone should cancel plans over it. If you sleep during the daylight hours and carouse overnight then yes, it might be very inconvenient. We've been here and done this for quite a while during the past year.

Fire up a VPN client and be done with it. To calm your fears, you don't have to wait until you are in Colombia to test that. If you are dealing with especially strict financial industry or other security you can RDP into a machine you have connected to whatever IP address has been allowed in the past. I plan to be back in Medellin in April after my second vaccine dose. I need to be able to work remotely from there as well. I will be using a RSA token for authentication. Rsa token should not be a problem. If you have a problem it will be because your work systems restrict access by geolocation of IP address (they can see your IP looks like one from Colombia if they try). If that happens you can work around it most likely by installing a vpn like nordvpn or private internet access and choosing a USA location using the vpn client.

After yesterday in El Centro with the highlight watching the taller / slender / giant holding court I finally hit paydirt. I arrived at ground zero at 11:30 AM, and there were a ton of girls out compared to the day before. I was on a mission to encounter a coffee girl, and looked and looked and looked for like an hour and a half and didn't see anything I would approach with most of them being just to grotesque. Upon meeting her I asker her where she was from and she said Medellin, yet didn't appear that way given the exotic face features and morena skin, as it turns out she was born in Cartagena and has been in Medellin for two years, and up until a month ago had been working in a restaraunt and has only been a coffee vendor for a month. So being able to converse with her a while she asks me what I would like to do, and I put on a stupid face, and hint hint go to the room. So I ask her how much and she says 20 K, so to clarify things I ask her if she is going to blow me without a condom, and the answer was of course, and that sealed the deal. So we go upstairs and get a room at the Premium Plaza and they stick us in a room right by reception, which I don't like as you can hear everything at the front desk.

So upon entering the room I sit her down and inform her that I like things slow, not rushed, and if it's good for me she will get a tip. I have no idea if that means all RSA tokens work here or not. Mine also has an on-line option to turn off the RSA token and just use passwords. Call the entity that supplied the RSA token and ask them.

Stop by a casa en Centro. Today is a holiday so there were only 3 girls working. When I arrived, there were already 4 gringos there drinking bear and talking loudly in English. They asked to see the lineup again as I was walking in so I did get to see the girls. I decided to make a quick exit and let the 4 of them figure out how to split the 3 chicas.

What are the chances of a working girl in Medellin agreeing to bareback full service?

My experience is like 50% will just do it. Don't ask and go for it and you will surprised that a lot of girls don't hesitate. Another 40% will do if for another 50 K, and about 10% won't do it for anything. Unless you become their boyfriend or something. But if you are going to play around down there with out hat. Defo do a course of antibiotics on your way home. A lot of these girls have something. But I have never gotten something that wasn't easily cured.
