Jeans, T-shirts, polo shirts, maybe one nice button down shirt for dancing, comfortable walking shoes, a light rain jacket and that's about it. No jewelry. Leave your high dollar sunglasses at home.

Leave your wallet locked up. I carry cash, and an ATM card, if I'm going to an ATM, plus my ID. For ID I carry my US Passport Card. It's recommended you carry a photocopy of your passport, including the entry stamp. Some guys take a photo and keep it on their phone.

Carry your phone in a front pants pocket.

    Dude,

Have you never heard of lesbians? And why wouldn't old and butt ugly women also want financial gain in some form or fashion? They may be less able to get it, but if, as you say all women want it, why would you exclude those women?

I'm guessing you had a sheltered upbringing. Women, believe it or not, like sex too. I'd say, if you're doing it right, they enjoy sex more than we do. Of course, not many do it right, which is why female sex toys are such popular items. It's not hard to find a woman who just wants some good sex, although once you pass a certain age, the younger ones take a lot more work. The only reason I started mongering about 8 or 9 years ago was because I didn't want to put in the work, and didn't want to settle for the low hanging fruit.

At least we finally got down to the core issue. You don't know me, have never met me (as far as I know), yet decided you want to fight me, at least online. Heck, I'll even post an old picture, to make it easier to spot me. Just add some grey, a few wrinkles and a few pounds.

Being called "dude" brings back memories. Last time anyone called me that was 1990 in Pacific Beach. Ended up costing him $100 all because I got tired of the guy calling me dude.

    Quantifying "decline conversion" on ATM

I meant to do this a couple of weeks ago when this topic was being actively discussed, but better late than never. When I was in Medellin in Jan 2021, I took out cash several times from Servibanco ATM's. On two occasions, I kept details on the conversion rate I was declining so that I could calculate how much money I was saving by declining. On Jan 23, I saved $13 on a 900,000 peso ($259) ATM withdrawal by declining the 3,310 conversion rate. The better, wholesale rate of 3,477 I received (after reviewing my statement back in the US) represented a 5% improvement (or $13) over the rate I declined. On Jan 26, I saved $10 on a 1,000,000 peso ($284) ATM withdrawal by declining the 3,403 conversion rate. The better, wholesale rate of 3,525 I received represented a 3.6% improvement (or $10) over the rate I declined. I hope this quantification helps people realize that they need to decline the offered US $-COP conversion.

    Hey,

I am arriving tomorrow. I was reading recent reviews of San Peters and people were saying that SP was not allowing guests due to the covid capacity restrictions. It is my first time in Medellin, why does everyone like SP so much when there are so many options in Laurels?

If anyone wants to grab a beer this week PM me. Always good to have a fellow gringo looking out for you.

    Question for Centro Rats.

Has anybody found a monthly rental in Veracruz near all the action? I used the search function but couldn't find anything. I just want a super cheap place to bring chicas instead of a sketchy place I'm not comfortable in.

    Cleaning Lady Fetish

Well my Tomboy finally showed up Saturday afternoon, and I have been evaluating her cleaning skills the past two days as I don't have a housekeeper, and this is a service I expect of the ones I allow in my place, and this one has taken like a duck to water and will get to return.

She was wearing this see thru top while mopping the bathroom floor, and her titties were flopping around, and she was shaking her little ass, while pushing and pulling on the mop, and I imagined penetrating her in doggie and could not resist mounting her on the bed, shame on me!

He is doing better because he use to have 3 SB Urrrrrrrrrrr. But despite what I tell him he believes that they both are being true to him. My gawd what has this world come to. I have met both girls and nothing special, both have 2 and / or 3 kids, both late 20's, both he met at the massage casas in centro. Can anyone give me a shout-out as we watch this train wreak in the making! He is returning next week to Medellin.
I love you TM, but you are wrong about what a sugar daddy is. A sugar daddy is someone who is interested in something more than just sex for money. For the woman it is giving sex and emotion. For the men, it is giving money and having emotion.

Are the women you hang out with just in it for money or do they hang out with you even when there is no chance of getting a dime? Then you are their sugar daddy.

Do you push the women away from you when you are done having sex with them and have no interest in them outside of sex? If you are not doing that, then they are sugar babies.

Yes, a working girl-john relationship is 100% about money for sex. A pure BF-GF is supposed to be 0% about money for sex. Why is there not room for something in the middle?

As for your buddy, he is a fool looking to delude himself into using money to get a supposedly pure BF-GF relationship. He is paying for affection and the women are more than happy to take his money and to feed into that delusion.

There is a saying in the alpha manosphere "A woman is not yours. She is your turn. " More than ever, men do not own women. That first part of her being yours, which is what your buddy is paying for, is his first mistake. You cannot control what the women do when you are not around, and you should just enjoy them when you are around them because that is when it is just your turn.

The monthly allowance is an American invention to skirt prostitution laws. There is no purpose for it where prostitution is legal, and the monthly allowance is not IMO what defines a sugar relationship.

As for the phrase, the only honest woman is a prostitute, I like it because I think people twist themselves into a pretzel lying to themselves trying to say there is no money for sex component to a relationship, but I think you are missing how you are putting yourself down with that phrase.

You are pretty much saying any woman who wants to hang out with you or fuck you is either out for money or dishonest. That is not just a cynical outlook but you are putting yourself down. It is a defense so you will not get hurt again, and I get it.

Most marriages I see were based on mutual attraction, but time after time, they evolve or rather devolve into basically parasitic relationships where men would get better value for their money dumping their spouses and seeing hookers. How many wives have gone from giving good head to (as Rodney Dangerfield would say) giving good headache?

The reason I like the SB SD relationships is because there is an emotional component and I do allow myself to care about the women but if the women become bad company, start to shame or nag, and are no longer interested in sexually performing, they are gone.

I do not know why we are trained to marry for richer or poorer and for better or worse. The women do not behave like that is true, and men should not either. The women only love us when we perform, and we should be the same way with them.

Yeah, the only thing the older men who do not speak Spanish have to offer hot Colombian women is cash. Seriously?

I think what is so funny about that is that I am teaching the women around me without even knowing I am doing it. One of my gals was talking about retiring by building apartments and renting them. I talked to her about the rule of 72, currency risk, and interest rates just by telling her what yield I would need to get in such venture rather than just putting money in a REIT that paid dollars versus apartments paying pesos. I was not even telling her what she should do but telling her what I would need to see before putting money in. I was showing her a superior thought process without even realizing I was doing so. It changed her future plans.

She reminded me the other day that she learned so much being around me. We must be living in different worlds JJBee because the women I see are dying for guidance, kindness, and wisdom. What I have found is you show women a path to a better life and they cannot fuck you fast enough.

Plain t shirt (navy, black) jeans and nikes are fine. Don't wear a watch. Just be confident and walk like you know what you're doing.

You Can't Teach An Old Dog A New Trick

I knew there were was at least one BM here way above my pay grade and technically savvy when it comes to phones, and the information you posted should be very helpful to the younger guys as I am totally old school and walk the streets of Medellin with my $ 30 USD dum dum burner phone, yet it is a NOKIA with an extremely long battery life and hasn't fallen apart. I was gone from mid March of last year until November and it immediately fired up and while I was gone every two months I would re-charge it with 5,000 Pesos from the USA so I didn't lose CLARO my number.

I think the real issue about phones for guys that monger is what happens if they have a USA cell with them, and they lose the phone, will they be able to immediately replace the phone with their same number, hence having two phones makes sense, but for guys who can remedy this situation like you can immediately because your technically savvy then no need for it.

Unfortunately with the advent of smart phones and how we literally conduct are lives with our phones, losing one with everything on it would be like losing your legs, hence mine stays locked up, and this trip I have a second I phone with a separate USA number in case I lose my primary phone while travelling intecountry like to other Cities, if I were to lose it, I have a backup phone with all my Apps which I can utilize.

So with my dum dum burner phone I have three phones, one for the streets, one for exclusive use in my place and when I travel intercountry, and an emergency American I phone back up. This may sound extreme to some paying for two Verizon phone lines, but actually because I have a business account I ended up with two I phone 12 P Pro's for the price of one, and the second phone line for no charge which I don't really need as I could just slip in a Verizon SIM card which I brought as well.

All you need to worry about anymore is that your phone is not "locked" because you bought it on a monthly contract plan from your service provider. Personally I buy a new one each year or two at Ktronix in Pablado for about $100 worth of pesos. Like Surfer my real phone is always in the room safe.
You might try shopping at Centro Comercial Monterrey, right across from the Poblado metro station. There are probably 30 stores selling phones in there. It's about the best place around to get good prices on electronics.

I had a discussion with my gringo buddy this morning about this topic and he is finally coming around to the truths about life and culture and women here in Medellin.

So how to enjoy life here in Medellin? It is simple just follow these few basic fundamentals:

    1. Never ever take any woman serious, period and end of discussion.

    2. They are what they are, what their ingrained culture has placed into their DNA. You can not change them.

    3. A barrio xxxxx, and my gawd we all love them, can never ever go outside her social economic status, so don't try, it will never work.

    4. They all fuck around, they call them their gay amigos or primos or just a old school friend but they have and will return to their old fuck buddies, even the ladrones from the barrio because water seeks it's own level..
All of the above is something everyone should keep in mind. I won't say it applies 100% to every chica, but it helps to keep your perspective. Once you lose that perspective, it can get expensive real quick.
