2 things: walking through Prado at any time of day in any condition is scary as fuck & the guy at Balcones de Cuba is funny, he's a good guy.

I milk an aguila as I'm just looking for eye candy, on the corner on the backside of veracruz is a pale thicc paisa, probably 5'4 140, but not fat at all. In gym clothes. Alejandra. She says 40 k, I got two twenties. Perfect. I know I say I usually just give 50 k but if I have the change in bills I take the deal.

Great fuck, she was into it. I find that earlier in the day, the chicas like taking dick better as they haven't really fucked anyone.

Eat and rest, go to casa Cuba. FYI, this place ALWAYS gives bbj the 5+ times I've been. It must be a policy, the dude who runs the place is a total pimp, you can tell. Nicole, 30 min 45 k, probably 20 year old paisa. Skinny and fat ass. BBBJ, great service..

I don't think I'll need a lawyer since I do have some trustworthy paisa friends who live in Bello who can guide me on the ground when I return in a few months. I carry 2 passports (Panama & USA), so I can theoretically live all year in Colombia by maxing the 180 days on both passports. I would have to leave country 1-2 twice a year, which I plan to do anyways once I'm settled in Medellin full time. Those that asked why I'm buying if I'm not living there yet, why not! I have a network of good pros and non pros and I can look into renting it out. But I don't need the rental income, so I can keep the apt empty if I want to or maybe even let a non pro I've known for years stay on the free just to take care of it.

And I'm not even looking at gringo areas like Poblado or Laureles. Obrero / Niquia / Cabanas are the top 3 barrios on my list in Bello. Hot chicks just everywhere, even after all these years in MDE, girls in Bello just on a different level. Sabaneta in the south is also on my list. It's a nice and chill town and close to Envigado / Poblado as well. So it's either up north or down south for me.
Sabaneta is nice, but a lot of the apartments are up some nasty hills. Cabanas is nice. Some great little local restaurants and quiet neighborhoods up there.

She's actually quite attractive. A bit thin for my taste, but quite sweet, at least the last time I saw her.

Getting a cedula is an entirely different process that is not available to foreigners on a tourist visa so I won't go into that now. I also tried to add my name to my novia's bank account and that was also not allowed. Ostee out.
The only bank I know of in Colombia which will let you open an account without a cedula is Bancolombia.

    Lawyer Up

Makes sense, always better to be on safe side and have a lawyer in case any surprises come up and knowing MDE, shit always tend to happen more often than not. True, trustworthy def not a trait I would use to describe a typical paisa. I'm pretty much going to do this on my own, and the paisa friends are just there for on the ground advice nothing more.

As far as your motivation to live in Medellin full time, totally enviable as I mentioned and hat's off to you in preparing to do so.

Yeah, thanks for the heads up. I'm still in the very beginning stage of researching about buying property in Colombia. Yeah, ideally the apt would be brand new in a building that is under construction somewhere 'relatively safe' in Bello, so no worries about previous owners or problems with a clean property title. If that happens, I'm def not renting it out to anyone unless it's family or close friends. I only have like 2 very trustworthy paisa friends (females) I've known for years, but even then I'm not fully trusting on anyone, especially when I'm in Colombia. I never heard about the vacuna thing or the squatter law. But the protection tariff doesn't surprise or scare me away. I'll welcome it haha.

Don't fool yourself about friends in Colombia! In 4 years I have 2 friends from this Board and my current girlfriend, other than that, everyone I have ever met in Colombia has had a motive. The greatest concern about buying a property in Bello came from my girlfriend and the owner of the home that I was going to buy in Bello. Even the owner made me aware that everyone in the neighborhood pays a "Vacuna" a protection tariff to the local / neighborhood bosses. My girl quickly made me aware that she was afraid and did not know how much the Vacuna would be, especially being in a relationship with a Gringo. So good luck on obtaining property in Colombia. My only advice is make sure you have your legal ducks in a row! Pollo Negro is out!!

    Friday highday

    Another great day in MDE.

Woke up, tinto and empanadas. Etc.

Rest and eat then head to conejitas. Work the room, my regular chicks come sit next to me but I tell them quiero otra chica, lo siento. They leave. I approach this cutie paisa from santander and after small talk ask if she does privates, she says no because of covid and the police don't let them. While she's there talking to me mask down. LOL what? Whatver. Cute red head by the stairs, straight to the point, we go private. 70 k. She does the fake moaning and shit, I cant cum. Great body and face though. Solid 8, she's the only red head there, see her if you like plastic chicks.

Walked to taberna victoria, the place where i couldnt get hard after busting 3x that day... fuckign sucked. bought the only hot girl there a beer and some locals were getting rowdy with shitty music. old women and sausage fest. will not go back. had a quarter beer and left.

Head to grill ocidental for a second shot. Previously said don't go, MY MISTAKE. Def go on a down night, guess the weekend was too crazy. Forget the girls name, maybe mary? But sitting alone, glasses, tan skin, looks India. Hard 7. Probably the only girl with glasses there, youll see her. Fucking mindblowing. BBBJ and she sat on my face without asking, scratching my back in mish. I think it was 70 k. Amazing sesh.

We head outside after to smoke cigs and she pulls a blunt from her bra. Hit that a couple times, scary walkign back thru prado blazed at 1030 pm lmao.

I live in the SF Bay Area, so housing costs here are off the roof. But I can do the reverse and rent my place out in the Bay and move my ass to Medellin. This pandemic is giving me life changing options haha. I'm single, no kids, good shape and healthy minus all the partying / drinking / white-pink powder consumption haha. Let's see how 2021 turns out for me. Similarly, I’m looking at a 2 or 3 bed with 2 bath apt in a fairly new building or one that is being constructed, with a pool and gym and hopefully hot neighbors haha.

If you want to rent to others, then you often end up buying in the popular places and playing the inflated prices (even though you do get a rental return). Not sure I really want other people living in my place.

She has a sweet, tight asshole! Congratulations!

I don't do anal sex all of the time, but I like it on occasion, especially with a girl who has never done it before or thinks it will hurt. I start by rubbing lube or pussy juice back and forth across the asshole, just so they know how good it can feel. Eventually I will start with the finger. Just a little. Playing it by ear as to how far to go, whether to finger bang her, and whether to try a second finger. The whole point is to show her that she can get a lot pleasure without very little pain (if done right). Eventually it's time for my lubed dick. And at that point, the girls I have tried have really gotten into it. I look it as a challenge and also introducing a chica to something new and pleasurable that is otherwise so taboo to many MDE chicas.

Cat Girl is tiny, muscular and tight so I am going to take it slow and easy and start with just a pinky finger. I call her Cat Girl not just because she rocks a cat suit better than Michelle Pfieiffer, but she is very cat-like in real life. For one thing, she can sleep for 16 hours in a day as natural as your or I cross the street. When she says "ouch" then I gently pull back and slide back and forth and do small circular motions with my finger.

In the USA you can come and go as you please, and Medellin is easily accessible from the USA with no quarantine requirements and only a PCR test for entry, and the majority of mongers do come from the USA versus Europe. If I had to guess I would say no more than 10%-15% of the foreign mongers in Medellin come from another Country besides the USA.

I am of the belief that at this moment, Medellin for those who can get here, is probably the best mongering destination available on the planet right now. With Asia basically shuddered because of the quarantine requirements, where else can you go with so many mongering venues and options available, basically Medellin is wide open right now with no lockdowns albeit with some very limited nighttime curfew restrictions. And it's a total buyers market. So based on this, more and more guys are looking and coming to Medellin as evidenced by all the newcomers and their posts, albeit a lot of guys are also staying on the sidelines because of the Pandemic, and rightly so.

So in your case, your smart to come and stay a while having to go thru so much hassle to get to Medellin.

My only advice to you is to confirm that the airline your flying on will allow you to fly with only purchasing a one way ticket. I know for a fact in the USA from which I fly they confirm at least on COPA and Jetblue that you have a return ticket or that you have residency.
Thanks for the advice on the one way ticket. This is in the back of my mind and I have had issues before with other destinations and one way tickets. Thats why I did a lot of research previously. I think with the US version of Expedia a number of tickets can be refunded within 24 hours as well as number of sites that provide confirmed bookings for a small fee so I'll have them on standby just in case.

Also I now understand why everyone in Medellin thought I was from the USA.

Yes, Bello is big and you obviously no what you are doing. I am really referring to the more average gringo who is not as experienced and doesn't grasp the language.

Some of you may have noticed that a lot of Colombians have features that could pass for Asian. Some of myex-wife's family look as much Asian as Colombian to me. But my white skin, blue-eyed ass sticks out like a sore thumb. I fully agree that Bello has a lot of hotties. When I first started going to Colombia 16 years ago, the Bello girls were always the best, whether at the Mansion or at a casa.

In the video, the guy is walking in the zona rosa of Bello, which consists of a few blocks just like la 70, but much crazier and with way hotter girls. It's located in Barrio Obrero. I can't really blend in like a local since I'm Asian (Chinese), but I speak fluent Spanish and understand Colombian slang / culture very well and dress with some fashion and look younger. (I'm 40, but look like I'm in my 30's). There are lots of paisas with an Asian / Chino fetish and I plan to fulfill all of them haha.

I have seen some Youtube videos of an area in Bello near Madera Station looks like it is called San Jose or La Florida on Google maps and that area where the guy was partying was crawling with gorgeous babes, it actually put Lleras Park to shame in that area, but of course very much a local vibe and not sure if any were pros who would go home with a Gringo. The guy that made the videos was dark haired and fairly dark complexion so he probably blended in okay at a glance.
