When I was in South Korea the majority of the places would say no foreigners allowed regardless of how much you were willing to pay, and after going to the Korean War Museum which was very impressive, the South Koreans should be ever so thankful to the USA or they would not exist, yet they treat Americans like shit which I don't understand, and you would think money would change their attitudes, but hardly at all. I haven't been to SK but if you didn't like how they treated you there then don't go to AC the Koreans run many of the bars and they don't like white guys there either and that town was built for the American air force base.
