If anyone can give me a little advice I would appreciate it. Currently just got back from Tijuana in November. Suppose to go back the end of this month but thinking about going to Medellin for the first time solo instead. From what people have told me is and what I have read on this forum is to stay in the ST, Peters building or the Mansion. I have read a lot of negative things about the Mansion and there isn't much new feedback about the Mansion on here so should I avoid the Mansion? Did it go down hill? Also I read that the girls at Gusto are asking 100 USD-300 USD but my friend that just went there said that is more likely for ugly guys. There is a lot of mixed feedback on here so can someone give me accurate info because I mat cancel my trip to Tijuana for here? I have been to over 12 countries and want to see if Medellin is better then Tijuana.

The Mansion would be good for you. The typical criticism is that the rooms are overpriced compared to other places. While that's true, there are other factors that make up for it. Obviously one is that you have chicas hanging around the place a lot of the time. The other IMO bigger benefit is that you have bit of a social structure around you. You have fellow guests in the house to hang around with and many have been to Medellin dozens of times and will be good sources of information. The quality of the chicas hanging around can be hit or miss, but there's nothing stopping you from looking for girls in other venues. And there are always guys staying there that will venture out to strip clubs, casas, etc. And will typically ask others to join.

The girls in Gusto can ask all they want. They throw out a high number in the hope that you're a new guy who doesn't know how cheap pussy is in Medellin. You can offer significantly less and they may or may not accept. I've been in Gusto's twice in my life. The first time, I got the phone of a girl I liked and I messaged her the next day to visit in the afternoon for 150 k pesos (this was about 4 years ago). But some guys like the whole idea of "picking up" a chick in a club and are willing to pay a premium to fuck them that night.

I went to MDE a few years ago, had the time of my life, rented an bnb near Llerras and pull hot girls all day.

Went to look for bnb's for next month near Lleras and now all of them say something like "Prostitution not tolerated" under house rules section.

So does anyone stay at any bnb's and can pull girls there anymore? I need one place to work and Fkkk. Is this possible somewhere near Lleras that's not super expensive?

I'm hoping that there has been a decision but it is not being strictly enforced, yet. Bogota also announced the extension of quarantine until Jan 18. Hoping Medellin doesn't follow suit (not sure of the ICU numbers).

I really don't feel like paying $350 and rushing a PCR test on the day of my flight, tomorrow.

I am going to search the forum, because a BM posted screenshots and info about PCR tests.

Please share if you have more info.

I am a little nervous too, Plan on going the end of this month and don't want to buy a ticket from American Airlines then have to do a PCR test.

Looks like I'm headed back to Medellin I'll be there on the 8th staying until the 12th. If you been following this thread you may have seen my post about having no Desire to come back here and me saying it was my worst mongering trip ever do to expectations etc well I'm not a quitter and everywhere else has some type of extra requirement where I just can't just get on a plane and go so here I am. With that said I think this trip will be better why I know what to expect and were to go I'll be better prepared. For this trip I'll check out New life casa didn't go my first trip so it will be a day time option, Loutron will be my go to daytime spot but I'll give new life a look. For daytime I don't need to session my style is to hang around the bars drinking with chicks around I don't need to have a session just like hot chicks around. At night I now know fase dos is no good so I don't have to waste time going there and can focus on other places. Most likely I'll be at Gusto as freelancer bars are my favorite I generally just hang out but I'll look to pull a chick out of here this time also will be going to la Isla as it wasn't that bad. If anybody is going to be in town leave a message here and we can meet up.

If you are traveling to Medellin and you are worried about girls, and finding the best girls, then stop worrying. Everyone has their own opinion of what is a perfect 10. Stop worrying yourself about finding a perfect 10, find a perfect 10 according to your idea of what is a perfect 10 in your perspective. One guys 10 may be another guy's 6. If you are worried about being in trouble about calling up girls to your place in Medellin, then don't, its very legal as long as the girl is 18 years old and she has her cedula, which is a Colombian ID.

Too many guys read the board and become fascinated with all of the stories that they read and they think that they will come to Medellin and have a similar experience. Every mongers experience and trip will be different. Some mongers feel that they have to spend more to have a better experience and other mongers feel that spending less is the only way to go. Personally, if you can not find what you want in Centro, then spending more for a dressed up chic may be the only way to go.

I have spent many days with other mongers who spend waaaay more money than I do on some of the same girls that I have banged for a fraction of what they spent, but the entire concept is to enjoy yourself and not count your pennies. If you come to Medellin to use SA, good luck, you can have many girlfriends in centro for the time and money you will use on SA or any other dating website, but to each his own. Too many mongers are fixated about a certain approach and in Medellin there in no one approach that fits all.

Just like anything else in life, you get out of Medellin what you put into it, if you spend enough time learning the culture, the places that the girls will be and the amount of money you want to spend while you are here in Medellin then you will surely enjoy this city. Dude, I haven't even been to Medellin yet but Gusto's has been discussed to death on here and all very recently as well as a ton of videos on YouTube. The only way your going to get any more accurate info on Gusto's is if someone goes there and streams a live report for you. Seriously though there are so many different factors at play for each individual that you are guaranteed to get different opinions on the venue but the common denominator is that at some point you will get high ball offers.

I was traveling through Colombia back in the wild days in 1997. Retrospectively I could not remember why my stay in MD was only 2 days, and off I was headint to Cartagena. Now, consolidating all the intel since several weeks and planning my return, old memories are popping up back to the surface. Back in the days, no internet, hardly reliable info except maybe 'lonely traveller'. I naively thought, that, downtown, in any City, is usually the place to stay. He he, wrong I was.

In Centro MDE, It was the only time in my South America trip where really picked up very rough vibes by just wandering around in day time. It surprised me cause that was new for me and I could not handle it.

Am looking so so much forward to give it another try after being absent from the continent for a long time. The last 16 years I had +40 visits to Kenya and fell in love with the dark continent on multiple layers. It is on my top list for my retirement plans.

Now it is time for an eye-opener and to revive my love for the Latin thing. My biggest wish, and the reason for my post would be to get in touch with any seasoned MDE-veteran. I travelled extensively and I speak Spanish and English besides other languages. Down-to-earth, relaxed and open minded, I mingle.

Any chance that one of you guys living down there would be open (outside of this forum) to take me under his seasoned wings, for solid intel and, foremost, once I touch down in MDE for a tour? My advice would be to go! Skip Moscow, overpriced and overrated, instead go to Saint Petersburg, plenty of beautiful girls to choose from and great architecture! Shitty weather though, so make sure you go in the summer or very early Fall.

But pretty cold LOL and I've lived my whole life in Chicago, I was in STP in May / June 2019 it was cold and extremely difficult to navigate.

I'm guessing less than 1% of people in Moscow and / or STP speak English?
