Medellin 2023.
Having arrived here the end of 2021 for a little over a month, things have definitely changed since then. Currently here now and leaving within the next few weeks.
SUMMARY.
Basically overall (pro) quality is down, prices are up (like everywhere else according to the forum, but in an irrational way) Medellin is overbought in my opinion. And attitudes are a bit worse, but not enough to avoid this place altogether. Volume of attractive non-pros in the entire city is a bit less as well. 2 years ago this city had the highest ratio of beautiful women to non-beautiful women out of the 20+ countries I've visited. Now, I'm hesitant to say the same. 2 years ago they had a sign at the airport just outside of arrivals, "Medellin. Where even the ugly bitches look good. " They removed it 3 weeks ago. Facebook seems to be where the value lies or the clubs in Parque Lleras if you are not price sensitive. Anyways, the following is personal experience:

El Centro.
Having visited New Life in 2021,2023 was a grave disappointment. There were about 13 chicks or so (lost count after staring at ass) and basically one was above my 7 threshold. Now there could've been hotter ones who were occupied, but it's hard to believe anything substantially more attractive would be in the same lineup. Purely subjective though. In 2021, I went to New Life 5-10 times in 5 weeks, many times doing chicks back-to-back. That was impossible this time around. These are basically brothels where some girls may or may not get on stage, but will be scantily clad. Personally Barra Ejecutiva was my go-to in 2021, but in 2023 the quality has fallen off of a cliff. This club is located in el centro and may or may not be too safe for some board members. The area is a bit rough and definitely has a different feel than Poblado. Many women there have quoted 150 K-180 K for "un rato" which is basically 15-20/30 minutes (depends on the girl) and you also pay like 20 K or something upstairs for the room. All of the reports about La Isla are probably true. There's probably the highest quality there on some or all nights, but it is the most expensive venue in Medellin and may provide the best experience if you're looking to handle business on the spot. I don't know. Can't speak on it.
Fase Dos was okay. Great quality in 2021 and no idea what 2023 bears. Sessioned with a chick there the first trip for 320 K for the half hour or something like that. Probably overpaid, but it was my first night in Medellin and I didn't know any better.
Luna Lunera is another spot, but couldn't get in as they have metal detectors. 2021 was a time where you would need to have a knife on you at a minimum, nowadays it doesn't quite feel like that, but carrying one isn't the worst idea.
STREET.
So, many men here swear by the street scene in El Centro. I have found the area to be repulsive. In 2021, there were a handful on any given day, that may have been doable, but for my taste, there aren't any at all I would put my penis in these days. " Montecarlo is upstairs and Glow is next door. More or less the same quality as some of the girls rotate amongst the 3. Haven't been to Gusto's in 2 years so can't speak on it. Medellin and Buenos Aires (Argentina) are the motherland for online bait and switch. There have been times I have showed up and the 'girl wasn't available' but several girls a few points below were. Walked out every time. This is very common in Medellin (and Bogota).
