I am a Black American guy that speaks Spanish, has never stayed in Poblado and knows more of the country than them. No problem getting regular girls.

I'm not saying they are wrong at all. First timers are asking how hard is it to get with a 100% non pro in Medellin. I'm saying if you are white, don't speak Spanish, it will be almost impossible. I managed to meet some amazing regular women in Bogota and Medellin either through Badoo or FB. You do have to put the effort into it and have some spanish so that you can have a conversation without using the translator much.

I'm here in Medellin with a group of friends, if anyone wants to grab a beer let me know, PM me or something or just leave a note here and I'll PM you back. So far the intel I can give is that right on calle 10 close to parque lleras and provenza there are a lot of working girls mostly Venezuelan it seems. You don't have to wine and dine them, if you don't want to. Dinner is not a requirement, but it helps tremendously to break the ice and have a nice GFE session after. You can find hot girls on Seeking, Tinder, or Facebook. Takes time, but is worth it. You are not in a rush anyways. The only advantage of strip clubs and casas is that you can check out the girls in person. But you typically get average, mechanical, covered service at a steep price. La Isla is a place where you go party with your boys. Going there alone is kinda pathetic. Especially if you don't drink. And for 800k (with all the fees) all you get is a 30 minute covered quickie. My understanding is you are a younger dude, 30 years old or so, you can find better girls, even freebies, elsewhere. La Isla can always be your plan be in case your date flakes.

I have try to try fase dos or Loutron but aside from that I don't think anything compares to the efficiency and quality of la isla. Rudeness from waiters during events is something that I might just have to deal with. There's also gustos if I can negotiate to 600 k I might take it.

They don't treat me badly often. This was the first or second time that happened. Either way me stopping from going isn't going to put a dent in the Isla's pocket I calculated it and seems like they make 100 k revenue every month. If like 300 people come in throughout the course of a week. I went on Halloween and the place was empty the waiter came up to me and was like you going to drink broski and I said nothing and he left me alone. It's the even that out a stick up their booty. That's why I'm not going during events. Not going is definitely going to put a dent in my fun tho. Seeing as there isn't many other places that has better quality for the price.

Can we try to keep this to experiences and information sharing thread only. I know the city has become weekend warrior paradise. Has anyone had luck (or trouble) picking up an Uber at MDE when you arrive after midnight? My flight arrives at 1:30 AM. I'm guessing taxi might be my only option?

Don't sweat it bro, Ubers easy even that hour but might be 20-30 mil more which is more than fair. I used them 3 wks ago similar time.

Quality at la isla is the same as always. Only a few girls I would do. The rest are above average but not worth 550 k.
