In my experience, the best service is from pros, and usually in the price range that you mention. I got some non-pros for cheap or even free, but that was not the same. They refuse CIM or whatever else they don't like. Often their BJ skills are not great. And of course looks affect the price greatly. I'm happy if the Blakman gets what he wants for cheap.
