Today this Centro rat met a real Centro rat. My curiosity got the better of me and I went back to Centro today. I went wandering around the Parque Berrio metro station and saw a huge rat sunning itself on the near empty sidewalk. This was 2 PM. They get bolder when there isn't as much activity.

Anyway on to the real stuff. The Governor of Antioquia was on the department's public TV station again this morning. He announced the rules that will apply to people who will return to their homes from trips to the surrounding region tomorrow. Tomorrow was supposed to be the window for that and for stocking up on supplies for the 3 week lockdown. Basically you have to show you are heading home to avoid fines for being in a car with more than one person. I mention this because it might explain the noticeable increase in foot traffic and vehicular traffic in Centro today. I right away noticed more people walking around Botero Plaza and more girls flagging me down as I made my way to ground zero. It's nothing close to normal but a striking increase from yesterday. I am wondering if it is the now cancelled pre lockdown pause or not. We'll see what happens Wednesday. I also noticed no more than three or four Venezuelans. The police were only dispersing the night crawlers and leaving civilians alone. The D1 in the Nutibara was open and I saw a few people on Maracaibo with Exito bags so that was probably open too.

Anyway, I found a lady of my liking. She asked for 30 K, I countered 20 K and off we went. 15 K for the room (Boulevard Botero) and it was a very nice session. I gave her 30 because it is slim pickings for her and her friends today. I have a couple of dates from my phone book lined up tomorrow. If I have time I am going to try to see what's up in Centro Wednesday.

The difference is like night and day how Colombia has handled the situation thus far like quarantining in just six days and airport closings in 13 days where as other Countries took up to forty days, the liquor factory is manufacturing millions of liters of ethyl alcohol, the University of Antioquia along with another company has created a respirator that works based on testing which is going into production next week, along with all sorts of other things. And with your Chicas being afraid to come see you, just another example of how diligent the Colombian Government is being isolating and trying to stop the spread of the disease.

So much to be said for the US short of getting into a political shouting match with other members on this topic. I thought long and hard about staying, and maybe I should of stayed in Colombia versus leaving. But will time will tell, and hopefully I will be able to come back sometime by the end of the year but I'm not holding my breath.

It is always funny to me that we tend to argue about prices. That is something that I will not do. I know what I will pay and what I won't pay, I am no longer into paying $250-$300 mil for 2 hours, I will let you newbies have at it. I have been banging 3-4 girls daily for a total of $200 mil, but it took me 2 years to build up my stable.

Many BMs feel like you have to treat these girls like humans and blah blah blah. If you think paying $300-$600 mil for TLN is fine, by all means have at it, but don't complain about prices of tickets and an inability to get back to Medellin when you're blowing $200-$300 a day on chics, just doesn't seem rational to me.

If you can blow $10,000 a month on girls and party habits, by all means you should have the funds to return to Medellin whenever you get ready. **Personally, I have asked about Thailand and couldn't get a straight answer about the pricing, so I decided to not travel Pattaya and Bangkok because no one could give me the answers that I was looking for. So I remain in Medellin and I am quite happy. I think I understand you to mean you feel more comfortable in the US. I respect that, I might feel the same way if I spent more of my formative years there. What confuses me is you say it's very bad there and getting worse. I also see in the media it is likely worse than anyone knows for lack of testing.

Here in Colombia there is widespread testing. The first confirmed case in Medellin fully recovered as of today after a 14 day quarantine. We are on lockdown but there are no toilet paper shortages, prices are stabilized, gasoline was reduced to US $2/ gallon by presidential decree. Restaurant delivery services are operating normally and restaurants that cater to Colombians in operation. The number confirmed cases as of today are low (196) but rising quickly. Zombie apocalypse fantasies aside, it has already hit here. I see Colombians respecting the quarantine and cooperating with each other. In US media I see crowded beaches, spring breakers doing what they do, and an explosion of gun sales. I weighed it all against my health, financial, and professional situation and decided to be here. That is my point.

The truth is clueless guys are ruining the economy. Riddle me this: how is a woman coming from a poor ass country like Venezuela get to the point where she feels entitled enough to only accept 200 k to 300 k plus for the bare minimum? And by bare minimum, I am referring to straight vanilla sex. While other Venezuelans are fucking for 30 k in centro.

This fictional girl you mentioned being paid 300 k did not "ruin" the economy. All it did was to make her THINK that she would be able to consistently ask and get it. The truth is that she probably started to ask for 200-300 k after this dope paid her this. But after a few guys declined, she realized what is happening, and lowered it to 150 and maybe she got a few dates. But once that dried up, she went back to centro where she would be laughed out of the city if she quoted any more than 60 k, and eventually settled back at her old level of 30-40 k.

And the great thing is that nobody is forced to pay any crazy asking price, because there are 50 other girls waiting to take her spot. A "ruined" economy would be if all girls started asking 300 k, which would never happen.

Bottom line is that I have never worried about what guys paid affecting me in ANY way. I have helped guys who have asked me to understand what they should be paying, so they don't overpay. But it was to save them money, not because I thought it would ruin the P4P market.
