Anyhow, has anyone in Medelland made a decision regarding to quarantine with a chica or not to quarantine with a chica? Tonight through Tuesday is a long time to be alone, and who knows if they decide on Monday to extend it. The flip side is: do I want to be with a single chick for 4 days?

Oddly enough, I changed my flight from March 18 to April 18. Now, I get a credit, but not sure how it will work. They changed my flight for no fee, originally. So, I'm not sure if I will get $150 towards a $600 flight in late-April / May, or what. I don't feel like sitting on hold, any time soon. I had the pleasure of doing that a few days ago.

I have some local friends, and all of them are scared straight about the quarantine. I half-heartedly offered to host a BBQ for 1-3 people, maybe to see the reaction, and everyone either thought I was kidding or tried to implement their own coronavirus thoughts on me. Some working girl (from my November / December reports) was recently in Cartagena, working, and went back home to her sister's. Today, she was basically telling me that the coronavirus is spread by white-yellow-brown-black devil tourists. She said Colombia has it because tourists come and don't know they have it. Quarantine means 2 weeks with no one. Or two weeks that everyone who is together stays away from everyone else. If you get someone in the last two days of your quarantine then both of you would have to stay another 14 days.

I won't miss New Life but I was really bummed out that Botaniko shut down earlier this week. The New Life closure makes sense to me because of the high percentage of foreigners who frequent it. The same is true of food and beverage places in Poblado and Provenza. We saw many of them shut down a week or more ago. The talked about protecting the health of the republic but I think it is more about a big part of their clientele no longer patronizing them.

The government announced a shut down tonight for Antioquia starting tomorrow at 7 pm and continuing until Tuesday. No more arrivals or departures from Monday in Colombia, including Colombian nationals. 0.

I don't know if you guys are still keen to come down here but I feel the mood changing. Had a few chicas over this week and they are all worried about the virus. I have 24 hour porteros in my apartment block and two of them are going to live here during the shut down to make sure they are on duty. The vibe towards extranjeros is changing, 40 were deported today for breaking the isolation period.

Yes the prices could be cheaper right now but from tomorrow at 7 pm until Tuesday you can't even be in the streets let alone have a chica over. This announcement says "you are on your own if you stay where the State Department is obligated to service you in exchange for the tax dollars we will continue collecting from you". As far as secret information, I'm not sure what that can be since worldwide media is constantly reporting about the growing number of infections. Unless I misinterpret what has been confirmed by various organizations including the USA CDC and WHO, 2 out of 10 infected people will develop symptoms that range from severe to fatal, and most of that 20% are elderly and / or suffer from pre-existing conditions. What did I miss?

Another place that from time to time has over 100 girls during one of their parties: The Mansion. I happened to be at one about 5 years ago during the 4th of July party. In my opinion, the best way to enjoy Gusto is to bring a girl from the Mansion or FB there; you can easily find a hot girl on FB who tops all Gusto girls for 350 K, you can party all night there + have sex at 4 am + morning sex + afternoon sex.
