Can someone suggest me Airbnb apartments or hotel which is girls friendly?

Also suggest me some club or place to take out girls. Your help is truly appreciated.

Hotel Madeiro in Poblado is chica-friendly, and has jacuzzi tubs too, which is hard to find, and can be fun.

I would want to stay in Laurales instead, but my buddy is coming to Medellin for first time, so staying by him in Poblado.

I messaged Hotel Madeiro first, and asked. As long as they have a cedula (ID), no problem. And they have someone there to check, which I like.

Might be an issue if you have Venezuelans though. Not sure if they only take Colombian ID's.

This is my first time staying here, but I'll report back on how it is.

I'm going to suggest something better. For hotel and apartment information, go to the main page for Colombia on this site. Scroll down to the thread "Medellin Hotels and Rental Apartments. Read through the most recent 4 to 6 pages of posts.

To find girls, begin in this section. Read through the most recent 25 to 30 pages of posts.

Medellin isn't whatever city you are used to visiting. Things are done differently. There may be similarities, but without knowing your prior experience, nobody knows. Your posts don't help. According to your other posts you planned on visiting Boca Chica, DR and planned to visit Bogota already and you're now planning to visit Bogota again for the first time, as well as visiting Medellin.

I understand that plans change. Trips need to be cancelled or postponed. Sometimes you plan something and then you find you can't afford to go.

However, even if you can't make a planned trip, you should always do research. Research is much more than asking "where can I stay" and "where can I find girls. " It's learning what part of the city or country is more closely aligned to your tastes and expectations. Here's an explanation:

If you're from Dubai and you travel to upscale destinations and stay in only 5 star hotels, you might be terrified of El Centro in Medellin, or Santa Fe in Bogota. You might be disgusted with the hotels and restaurants you'll find. You may feel so out of place, you can't even think about finding girls.

Or, El Centro might feel like home to you. Only you can decide after you do the research.

Besides this site you might want to search Google for Colombia expat sites. You'll find more cultural information there along with better descriptions of the various sections of Medellin and Bogota.

You should also read the Medellin Lists thread on this site. You'll find World Travel 69's excellent map of mongering locations there. Using the map, use Google Street view to check out the areas around the different places. Get an idea what to expect in that location.

If you would rather not bother doing the research, I can only suggest 1 option. Stay at the Mansion. Search Google for "Hotel M Medellin." The current official name is Hotel Medellin Plaza. You can book a room through their website. I suggest booking at least 3 weeks in advance. They are usually booked. You will need to tell them you learned about their hotel on this website.

At the Mansion you'll find plenty of mongers. Many have been staying there for many years. You'll find a bar where you can take out girls. You'll find a pool where you can take out girls. You will find guys who know a lot about Medellin and you will find guys who don't know anything.

I was determined that I wanted to stay in El Poblado while I was in Medellin, contrary to what I may say any other time, I like to do more than just have sex all the time when I am on vacation, and I definitely need something else to talk about to family and coworkers other than chicas, so I wanted to be near to Parque Lleras and have really good views of the valley. Living Energy was a no brainer for those two things and the one thing that we are all looking for, the only other building in El poblado that I am fairly certain is girl friendly is called Blux. You can just about do a search in google and enter in something like "vacation apartment El Poblado Blux apartment". Living Energy is not as easy to search in airbnb, I hate airbnb anymore anyway . They do not allow a lot of variable is the search function, they want you to use the menu, it sucls. They are trying to do too much now also, they should stick to apartments only. I used Vrbo last time, I will tell you that most apartments that are in Living Energy can be identified because there is usually a photo of the roof top infinity pool as one of the first photos. Energy Living is the most unique looking building in Medellin so just know that and you will know it when you see a photo of the building.

Another contributor on this thread highly recommends a site called lifeafar. I have noticed they also have places around the Lleras park area that probably do not have security which can work in your favor because no one is checking in visitors so that is as girl friendly as you can get but if you have problems with a chica it can work against you. The people that I rented my apartment from in Living Energy have a little company called Wehost Colombia. But I am sure that they have apartments in many buildings so you still need to ask about the "visitor policy". Many members on this site do not recommend El Poblado at all. I have read but cannot quote from experience that you are much more likely to find girl friendly apartments. Many members recommend apartments located in Laureles the prices are cheaper there and many of them are girl friendly from what I have gathered. But I have never investigated this thoroughly and I do not know much else or particulars about Laureles. El Poblado is more expensive because it draws tourists of all types so demand inflates the price. I personally will look harder at apartments in Laureles on my next trip.

Another nice area is called Envigado, it is a suburb just outside of the city limits of Medellin to the south, but I have heard that it is very safe, but i do not know particulars about apartments there,

I also want to add that the descriptions in the apartments can be a little dishonest, or exaggerated about things that are near by, One apartment in Blux described the Interplaza, which is a multilevel complex with restaurants, drug store, atms, etc as being 'across the street" when in reality you would need to walk about 100 yards up a steep hill and then walk about another block down the street and take your life in your hands crossing said street , ok not really but yes it is a busy street with no stop light and they are moving fast. Then the description for said apartment said there was a Supermarket 200 meters away. Makes it sound like its walking distance but the closest supermarket I saw was Carulla its more like about 700 meters uphill. The thing about El Poblado is it is essentially on the side of a mountain.

If you're there for a short time and you're there specifically for sex, go for the sure thing. You can find it on the streets, in the bars, strip clubs, casas and massage parlors. You can find it on Colombian Cupid, Tinder, Seeking Arrangements, Photprepagos and Mileroticos. You can find it at the Mansion, or in Parque Lleras.

Or you can find it on Facebook.

That I have seen time and time again, SWs will allow photos and maybe videos, most FB girls will not. Most FB girls will attempt to upsell, most SWs won't. Not in my experience. I've never had a Facebook girl try to upsell me. The few times I've asked to take photos, the girls have agreed without issue. A few girls have even asked me to take photos.

So what exactly won't the street girls do that the FB girls will do by default. And what exactly do the FB girls provide automatically that the street girls don't. Sounds like negotiating isn't something you like to do, as for some guy's it isn't, and you have the language barrier as well.
